Interview date is Sept. 2nd. I have a question about the shipping of visas after the interview. My wife and stepdaughter both have a case number. My wife signed up online as required with her case number, but did not see a place to add my stepdaughter. Does anyone know if we need to setup a separate shipping waybill for my stepdaughter? Thanks

Called today. CASE COMPLETE! Last doc scan date is June 19. I wonder how long it has been taking to get interview dates scheduled. Hoping for a Sept. date but the wife thinks October. I will look back through threads, but if anyone knows what the latest trend is, please reply. Thanks

You need to read the wiki from page 1 of this thread. TSC took a month before they physically shipped my NOA2.

So I called again today and no good news. I know for a fact that both my wife's and stepdaughter's files were shipped on the same day from USCIS to NVC an arrived on March 28. I was given case and IV numbers for stepdaughter on April 8. Still nothing for my wife and they keep telling me 30 business days. I feel like something is not right. The files should have been together from USCIS! I need some good news this week. My lawyer is going to call tomorrow. Maybe they will be truthful with her.

So my congressman's representative called and found out that my case was sent to NVC on March 26 and arrived March 28. Two days. After sitting for a whole month post approval. So I will start calling next week to see about getting a case number...I sure hope the whole process at nvc can be wrapped up in three months so my wife can get here by July!

8 frackin weeks...what a bunch of criminals...honestly, the whole immigration process needs to be a one stop shop...not two different places. The sad thing is, there probably will never be any reform....its all about illegals and Mexico while US Citizens are split from their families.

Well kids, I'll be movin over to the NVC threads I just got emailed my approvals for I-130 and K3. I am overjoyed! Bitter, but overjoyed I will pray for the rest of you guys still waiting!
