kdude1 got a reaction from spookyturtle in Should I be jealous of my husband's ex gf?
Do you have an ex boyfriend? Ask him if he would be okay with you doing the same thing with an ex boyfriend. I wonder if he would be totally cool with you doing the same thing. He should respect your feelings.. What you are feeling is normal. I don't think it's normal for a person not to care at all if their husband "reconnects", even in this way, with someone they used have such a deep relationship with that he 'still considers her family'.
And what kind of grown up "isn't very nice with girls"? Sounds like an excuse to keep you away.
But then again, "Love always trusts, always forgives." So at the end of the day, he's your husband so you can trust him and hope for the best even if he does go through with it.

Proof of on going relationship in the form of texts, emails, letters etc., a written statement of how you met signed by petitioner, and a cover sheet detailing everything that's in your packet ... In addition to my US birth certificate I also sent a copy of EVERY page of my passport to establish citizenship...you should follow the guide on this site word for word

Hi Kdude1,
we are in a similar situation - USC abroad however we were/are IR/CR1.
For our I-130 I purchased an international bank draft from my bank (Westpac)in Perth. Cost about $30.00. Im sure you can do that at any of the big four. Just make sure the bank completes the file in the recipient line correctly.
I dont know if this following information is relevant or helpful to your K-1 process....By the time we were at NVC I was a little wiser. I had our US based joint sponsor pay the online bills by credit card via the payment portal, and I sent him cash via Western Union. That option saved a lot of time anc courier expense.

Why don't you legally marry in Australia and have another wedding in the US? Or travel to the US, get married, and come back and file the CR-1?
Yep, you MUST use the full country, not abbreviation.

kdude1 got a reaction from LostLover in Cheating - What would you do?
Let's face it, emotions are volatile and very often they are just totally wrong. Long distance relationships breed fear and distrust.. It's just natural... But if you love him you need to trust him unless he gives you a reason not too.. Then you should just openly ask him what's going on. I wouldn't hire the PI... I think it's a mistake.. even if he isn't cheated you might feel bad that you didn't trust him.
If he is cheating it will come out in the end. Do you know his family? If you are just someone he is cheating with or something like that, he would probably "hide" you, as in he would not let you be connected to his family/friends in any way. But if he has an open facebook page with all his family and friends, and it says "in a relationship" with you, that is probably a sign that he doesn't have much to hide. Either way, if you love him you should just continue the relationship in trust. Many times people get suspicious, and their partner was not cheating, and they end up ruining what would have been a happy relationship. If you actually have signs though that something is really wrong, of course you should ask him straight out, or just explain that it won't work because of trust issues and actually move on.

Yes. If he has enough income for his household size plus the foreign fiance(e), then his income will count. It does not matter if it is income from retirement. He just needs to provide proof of how much income he receives. A 1099 for his retirement and some recent bank statements showing how much he is actually having deposited in income each month should do it.
She does not need 3 years of tax returns. As a matter of fact, someone here that went through Australia said the consulate there does not even require a tax transcript for the I-134. When it comes time to adjust status and fill out the I-864, then she can simply include a statement as to why she was not legally required to file a return for any of the last 3 years she did not.
Also something else was incorrect from the post above. She CAN file the I-129F while still living in Australia. I would have her use her family's US address to have the notifications sent there. The NOA1 is the first notice. It is simply a notice of receipt that have received the petition. Months later when finally approved, the NOA2 would be sent. That one is important and will be needed later after you are married and filing to adjust your status in the US. So, make sure it does not get lost. If you happen to get an RFE, that would be sent to that address as well, and her family could send it to her in case you need to send additional evidence to be approved. After the I-129F petition approval, things are all on your end at the consulate in Australia. Only the financial forms need to be provided by the USC. The rest of the forms are for the foreign fiance(e) to fill out.
