Wow I cant offer any more advice then what everyone else is saying. I do feel sorry that things aren't working out for you. Perhaps when you sit down with your husband you and him will come to a mutual agreement, don't be afraid to share your feelings with him. I wonder though if you could talk to immigration maybe you can adjust yourself? I don't know but I pray things will work out for you.

After looking at the transfers this morning for vjers it looks like people who have NOA1 dates of April 1, 2013 are being adjudicated. I feel its a good thing to check the immigration timelines for VJ, I set the filter to all service centers and set the transfers to NSC with no on the DCF. Maybe this will help lighten your mind some by watching the dates. They seem to be going in order except for the folks in the Philippians.

I have been watching the immigration timelines for transfers to NSC it appears to be that they are finally working on March and April transfers. I hope this helps but it sure helps me or gives me hope that they are working on someone's folders.

So we are new to this waiting game, I have a question regarding the current wait time. It say 8.7 months how does one calculate or understand this wait time. For example just to make sure I am understanding it correctly. Alex and I have only been waiting 2 months since our petition. If the current wait time is 8 months does it mean we have 6 months more to wait for our NOA2. I'm just confused if the wait time goes down or up do I use our priority date or the date of the new wait time. Please someone explain this time frame to me.

I guess its all a process and we have no choice but to wait our turns. Is there anything really that we can do to change it? I just try to stay positive and patient, although Im not sure how long I can actually remain positive and patient. We still have a very long wait. Thanks for the information.

I can only speak of my plans. I do want to be with Alex during his interview, Since I only get 2 weeks vacation a year I will sacrifice 1 week in hopes that he has his interview in the next year. What I do worry about is when I go in August that he will miraculously have his interview scheduled after I leave. Who knows though how it will turn out I just pray for a peaceful interview and pray I am able to attend. I have even considered not visiting until he has his interview but still at any rate I don't want to miss a visit so I just go with the flow.

sure our spouses are far away for the holidays and many tears will fall during this time. On the brighter side I hope and pray for us all that we wont endure the same pain the next holiday season. God bless us all during this sad time....

May 2014 is a long time away that's for sure. At any rate its nice to see they are trying.......

We are so glad we participated in sending the letter to the different people as well. We are brand new to the immigration and we haven't waited long but reading others sorrow of their wait time impacted us as well. Congratulations to us all who took the time to not only help ourselves but our fellow peers. Organizing works GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked and the I-130 is now back listed for NSC with a date of February 12 2013!

Wondering the same thing, when I check on Friday I-130 was there. this is just craziness, just praying for this process to be over.

It is crazy... I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed the change from Friday. Its a bit scary only because it leads one to believe we have been put in a waiting box to be transferred.... We pray for a swift journey. God bless you on your journey as well.

Don't forget that the data posted on the USCIS website is 2 months behind. We can't look at it to help us figure out what's going on right now. All the transfers that have been happening won't start being reflected online until December.

That would definitely make sense for the 2 month timing because the last time Nebraska was updated was in September then I seen it had an update date of November 18, 2013. I do understand that one cant make determinations over a time table that isn't correct, although it helps pass my time. Thank you though your comment has brought light to my eyes....

Well don't worry then. They are processing I-130 there. Just prepare to wait for some time now. I think they are working on Feb, March, April petitions as of right now.

Okay so its a possibility they have stopped receiving new I130's or maybe its just a glitch in the system perhaps? Ill try not to worry much after all we are new to this but I enjoyed looking at the processing times...

Yes I just saw this today when I checked the case status of my husband.. It's I-130 USC..,,Who did you talked to that their no longer taking longer for I-130?

I contacted the USCIS customer center. All she did was look on the website and stated that "I also see Nebraska doesn't have a timeframe for the I130's). I don't know for certain if they have stopped the I130's for the USC but I can't find a processing time for them...

Don't trust what ever tier-2 tells you. Most of the time they give you wrong information. Since October, USCIS is transferring cases to NSC, CSC and TSC so they are working on I-130 petition. There are many march filers who got transferred to Nebraska and have received NOA2 this months. Have you got your hardcopy telling you where your file is?

Yes I did receive the hard copy and our I130 petition(USC) went to Nebraska. It was only 3 weeks ago we received the NOA1. For sure our receipt number starts out LIN.

I saw that too... check the processing time right now too for nebraska... last month it was October 1,2012 that they were processing... this month it's October 2, 2012...... Sooooo pisssed on the progress=( mooving slooooww soo sloowww....

Michey8988, you saw a date for the USC filing an I130 for a spouse for Nebraska today????? I have looked several times please if you seen the date is it for the I130's? Yes it is along time but I was told that they aren't doing the I130's any longer.

I just got off the phone with the customer service who pretty much told me that the national average for the I130 is 13 months. She did however tell me that she also see's that Nebraska doesn't offer service for the I130's although our case is at Nebraska. I asked her if she was aware of a trend such as this since even Texas was no longer listed she apologized and told me we just need to wait and see what is happening. If I am transferred to another office I will receive notice of such. Hummmmm at least I wasn't going crazy yet. We are still very new to this and we have all the wait in the world compared to other filers. I just wanted to draw attention to this and see what everyone else was noticing.

Hello everyone I am curious if anyone knows what has happened in Nebraska? On Friday I checked to see what the USC time period for the I130 was and on both the drop down menu on the USCIS page and my account page listed Nebraska and the wait time being 11 months. Today I checked both my account status page and the USCIS page for the time length and Nebraska is now missing from the drop down menu. Also on the USCIS website it doesn't list the I130 as something they do on Friday it did. Only Vermont, NBC, and California is listed for the I130's. I am so confused any one else see this???
