Touched just mean that someone touched your poetition. It could be a move from one shelf to another, one building to another.

Bascically from the time they receive your petition until you are approved you are in "intial review". Touches really no matter.

Thank you for the information. Its okay that touches don't matter. At any rate it makes me feel better to understand what everyone referred to as touched...

Could some one please explain the last updated section to me. I often see the word touched on other vj'ers timelines. I am wondering if this is the section where everyone talks about their cases being touched. Thank you in advance.

People on this board crack me up. I made a few initial calls, talked to a few people and am waiting to hear back from a few more. As well as the fact that I have still have more people to call. I live about 30 miles from DC and spend a hell of a lot of time dealing with many of these entities downtown, especially after 9/11 taking care of a new Department. That's all I can say. I'll leverage my contacts and shut my mouth. Have a nice day. Sheesh.

I appreciate your effort and your information. I believe at some point while we sit and wait for our I130's to be approved on a quick basis, I also understand they have a job to do. I also understand the petitions go in spurts one minute its one visas being approved at a quick rate and others lag. I just pray that once they finish up the backlog on the others that they will aggressively begin working diligently on the I130's for USC.

Good Ole Oklahoma. I am from a small town in Oklahoma. Sure I admit Oklahomans can sure say different things to point out stuff, like a child's hair. I have 3 bi racial children and my daughters hair was always a mess lol. Then again I lived in Oklahoma when biracial relationships were often frowned upon. Although I am not saying racism is gone in Oklahoma but it is way better then before. Just relax I am more then certain all is well and she was only trying to find a way to start up a friendly conversation in her own little way. After all I believe people in Oklahoma are very kind.

Well we received our noa1 today and we to have been sent to the Nebraska Service Center. Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing (via email). When I looked at the processing time on the i130 it says October 2012. Ohhhh my

We mailed our I-130 today to the Pheonix Lockbox... So I think this makes us October filers to. I am curious how many of you have in the back of your mind if you made sure that everything was there? Did I sign everything, did I give enough evidence? Ughhhhh my mind is going crazy......

We are assembling our I 130 packet and for the bona fide marriage we have the following. Affidavit's, and a joint bank account. The question I have is how to add our Skype logs, viber, whatsapp, and Facebook conversations. There is over 6,000+ messages on Facebook, we talk daily on Viber and when I try to print them out they are 26-50 pages. My question is this is there an easier way to send them with my I130 without having to print out every message?

We are currently filling out our forms to start our Visa journey. I have a question concerning the G325A, before my signature it asks (this form is submitted in connection with an application for:) then the choices are Naturalization, status as permanent resident, and other. Please someone advice me which box to check.

No he currently does not have a visitors Visa. We just dont want to make any mistakes that are unlawful.

I need some guidance, I am planning to go to The Gambia to marry my fiancee. I understand I will come back to America to start the I130. Our question is this. If he has a visitors visa to America after we are married is it legal for him to come back with me, while the I130 is processing?
