no is not from NSO copy

actually my timeline adjudicated is wrong,coz that time we dont have any answer we received,my husband received appointment letters from uscis on may 11 2013 so thats mean uscis start to process now im waiting 11 months now since my NOA1 im still waiting the NOA2 until now

im sorry i need to correct this me and my husband we sent the certified copy of our marriage certificate,but the original copy from NSO i keep it so my question is that ok if the certified copy of marriage certificate i sent is no problem or they need the original from NSO

the original but is not certified copy from national statistic office or NSO

i did not get new passport coz they said make sure the passport u can show to embassy is valid for 6 months is that right

my old passport is my maiden name when i did not get married,i will get new passport coz i used the maiden name of my husband so maybe they requesting valid id's for the maiden name of my husband i have only one id

hi everyone my husband received biometric appointment for photograph and fingerprints what happened if my husband have a creminal record 20 years ago did any problem to denied my visa

he schedule on appointment on may 21,i have some question again after his biometric i know FBI review that in past for uscis so my question is if ever my husband have a criminal record what will happened

no we did not filed AOS and what its mean by AOS,my husband received biometric appointment for his fingerprints and photograps so how much it fee for that

hello everyone i am the beneficiary of IR1/CR-1 visa i have 6 years old daughter to my past relationship now my husband he also petition my daughter but the petition to her is not adopted so what kind of visa to my 6 years old daughter actually we still waiting the noa2 almost 10 months now me and my daughter have separate filing so i am just worried now if possible to denied my daughter coz she did not adopted pls help give me idea about this

yes my husband he called to th USCIS on month of feb this year uscis say to him that my i130 filed is still on processing and said maybe month of may or june we can received the approval but hopelly we can received an approval soon that is 1 year on july if ever we did not receive the NOA2
