on may 11 2013 my husband received appointment notice about biometric fingerprints then the notice schedule on may 21 2013 so after that we did not know what next, this aug 5 2013 he received mail about submit E-REQUEST i dont understand what for about submitting E-REQUEST when i go to uscis website i found E-REQUEST and i read that i just wondering coz submitting e-request is a application support center (ASC) that is appointment notice or other notice my husband he got this that is the appointment notice about fingerprints why he already need appointment notice anyone can help this coz after his fingerprints we expected we can received what next

if you received e-request what is the meaning of e-request

i dont know i think everyone applied visa need that or maybe they need that if you are preson before or you have criminal record

hi everyone its been a year now and im still waiting waiting until now i dont have yet approval for my I-130 spouse visa its over a year now,we filed on (DEC2011) then uscis received (jan2012)then after 6 months we received NOA1 that is on (july2012) then after long waiting again on (MAY2013) my husband received his biometric appointment for fingerfrints and after 3 months he received mail from uscis about submitting e-request he calling to ask what happened now to my I-130 then uscis said thats is still on proccessing and normal to wait long after we submit e-request we need to wait again 30 days lord pls hope the last mail is approval

i submet e request online but the mail received of my husband is only to my daughter case number

the marriage certificate we sent is issued by the office of the civil registral with red documentary stamp is this any problem coz i did not sent the marriage certificate from NSO
