the only mail he received that my case is trasfered to vermont,but after that he dont have yet any notification that my case is trasfered again.

they said that my case is on activity,and they did not give any information,my husband went today to his info pass appointment

hi everyone my husband went to uscis office for his info pass appointment,uscis they did not request to show my husband the I-130 ducuments he bring the one they request is his identification card,they already said that my case on nov 20 is on activity decision but when i went to uscis web site still on initial review,so i was confused if info pass appointment help to my case.anyone i need advise after info pass done

what you mean second info pass,did you do 2 appointment for info pass

i just tell now to my husband to get info pass soon everyday i check my case status

august 2013 we are done submitting e-request but after 30 days uscis they dont have responce my husband called again to tell them that he dont have any answer about e-request then this month of oct they give it again a second time to submit again an e-request but im just worried now coz when im submit the date of filed now is error the date is correct i dont understand why is error now specially to my visajourney timeline date filed is error anybody known

we are done submitting e-request my husband received about this typograpical error on august 2013 after we submit e-request we are waiting 30 days but after 30 days we dont have received a responce i just tell to my husband to call back again to uscis then e call back they said he need to wait the request of confirmation if dont have he need to call back again on nov 6 all advice here is i do and i already tell to my husband to do can we repeat again to submit e-request

this coming nov 28 me and my husband celebrating a 2nd wedding anneversary and hopefully we can received a gitf from uscis we need noa2

everytime i go to my visa journey timeline edit i dont why i cant edit my all dates are right but i cant change my timeline

yes i know,but the problem i cant make this to him coz im here in the philippines so maybe i advise him to get help of his freind to make this appointment to him

no we did not file directly to the embassy how come i cant edit my timeline the date is right but when im done editing changes save show error

15 months in uscis,and we did not file DCF i think my husband last call to uscis month of august and the uscis always saying just be patient to take so long the reason is too many visa in line to be process and they said my case is still on processing and always sayingto my husband after 1 week that he dont have letter received from uscis he can call again but he call after 1 week without mail received then its same saying again my husband he dont believe if congressman and senator can help and we dont have any RFE received we file on california service center then transfer to te vermont service center
