belinda63,your though is right,but yes my husband case not yet closed or cleared and he cant move here in the philippines. BUT HE HAVE OPTION I'LL WAIT THE NOTICE OF DENIAL TO SENT BY MAIL TO MY HUSBAND COZ THAT IS ONLY EMAIL DONT HAVE EXPLANATION FOR EMAIL

they did not explain the denial for email. i'll wait the notice mailed but the option is for my huband

hello everyone i cant explain what i really feel today but im so sad really sad frustrated.today we received email from uscis about my case status.the email say.your case status:desicion on sept 18,2014,we mailed you a denial desicion notice for this case I130 immigrant petition for relative,fiancee (E),or orphan.the notice explain why the denial desicion was made and the option that may available to you (my husband).if you are not received this notice within 15 days of sept 18 2014, pls call custumer service for further assistance.now i cried after im waiting for 3 years then is denied and i already sad coz i dont know if me and my husband can see each other again coz he already problem to his travel in the philippines because his past case for usa.

my husband need clearance from uscis homeland security,when he was deporting here in the philippines..this is the story before he was travel 3 times in the philippines without any trouble entering to my country.then for his 4th trip he was deporting..the reason why is the philippine immigration say the goverment of us is they sendind a document here in pilippines saying my husband cannot enter my country.the reason why its because uscis found that he have pending case history background 22 years ago..now what i need to do is i need to file lifting his name for blacklist to see im again but we need to get a clearance from homeland security (uscis) we dont know what clearance and how he get for uscis

im sorry for all coz i have many problems about visa and travel after my husband deforting to philippine immiggration he need to gget a clearance to homeland security,but i dont know what exactly clearance he need to gget that is immigration need to enter again to philippines

i need to correction that my husband he did not detained in airport,he was already hold there and he bring to day room like a room to wait a available flight to back in usa,my husband said immigration officer in airport they have paper information that us goverment sending here in the philippines about denial to enter the country but the immigration cant show the paper to proof.

before he was fly here in the philippines he was received a RFE from uscis this month of april to submit certified copy of court record and police so do you think think the immigration this is the reason why he was hold and deport to come back to usa,but i really dont understand coz he was 3 times he was visiting me here in manila

on monday my husband he arrived in ninoy aquino international airport (NAIA1) he came here in the philippines 3rd times but this is the first time he happened to him for his 4rth trip in the philippines that the immigration officers he was hold there and they said he cant enter in the country.immigration officer they said they have a information papers about denial to enter the country that the us goverment sending here in the philippines.when my husband try to get the information paper the immigration cant show to him.i really dont understand coz my husband he travel 3 times here in manila with no trouble,why now for his 4rth trip.when he was vacation here just only 7 days and 6 days and he never overstay.immigation sucks about this,security of airport he bring my husband to day room and they said my husband back to us in the morning.im really sad for this happened.all is set and ready for vacation we much money to lost. but his vacation is no happened he came back to us very sad and dessapointed

my husband is usc the reason he need police clearance and court record its because he have a criminal background 21 years ago,everyone can advice if my husband get lawyer what kind of lawyer,coz he dont know to fix by his self without lawyer.he need certified copy of divorse with signature and stamp he need police certified copy and court record

hi everyone this morning my husband received a mail from uscis,the letters is about denied if he did not submit a divorse papers with stamp coz the divorse papers he submit is no stamp or seal, and already he need to submit a police clearance and other document,uscis gives a 80 days to submit if my husband he cant complete all that is possible to denied my visa. my problem is how to get my husband a divorse papers with stamp and how long to get that
