My wife interview on 8/5/09, she answer every question well but got stupid blue sheet.( in attachment)

they requested nonsense evidence like I-864A which I don't need to file one( I file I-864 annual income $38000 only I and my wife in the household).

then they asked chronology(timeline). I dont know what kind of timeline they need, they want a letter or detail listing ?

anybody help, please

Well, he might ask her to come back. That would not surprise me at all. He sounds like a total loser. If he does ask you back, and you decide to go back, make sure he takes care of the immigration issue right away.

Did your wife send all her money to Vietnam ? did you in same situation as the husband in story ?

I'm tired of foreign wife not help me anything , just ask money send to their family so they live wealthy in their country and we live here in US work all day like slaved.

i ve been married to this person for 3 years, he is US citizen.

i interviewed in may and got visa approval for IR1.

now i ve got problems with him and his family

(they are asking for big dowry and money that i shud bring with me to states)

otherwise he ll take his sponsorship back.

---can he take his sponsorship back at this time.

i cannt divorce him as i donnt want to be cosidered as social outcast in my country.

---shud i got to states on this visa, or he can create problems later on as well.

total fraud , you promised to pay him bring you to US then you eat your word ?

you want get in the US for free and want him to continue sponsor you ?

And she is the fraudulent one?? How about the husband and his family asking for money? Why there is any involvement of money. And who is being used by whom really??

the DOWRY is a must in India, even China and Vietnam or other Asia country.

before the marriage happened two family have to agree at something .

she have to promised some amount of Dowry, so the man can marry her. if she not promised something extracted the man why he marry her but not marry other women ?

if you promised a DOWRY and you not bring it with you , is it consider cheating ?

I RECOMMEND CALL THEM DAILY UNTIL THEY GIVE YOUR WIFE VISA. CALL THEM 10 TIMES A DAY. JUST DO THAT

btw, what question they asking at HCM consulate ? what document should be prepare ? because my wife will have interview in next 2 month I think. NVC receive my DS-230 today.
