I just want to get an interview as soon as possible. Marc will help us prepare for our interview. I hope my wife doesn't freak out this time. hahaha It's kinna intimidating looking through a glass wall.

Well, some of you know that we've been denied back in ohhhh a long time ago. We got help from Marc Ellis and we've successfully rebut our case. We're waiting for the official letter stating so. Keeping my fingers crossed for round 2.

you should expected 5 months.

after you succeed rebuttal process, USCIS will fordward to NVC (take 1 month), then NVC fordward to HCM ( take 1 month), HCM send pack 4 to your wife(take 1 month), HCM receive pack4 and schedual interview(2-3 months)

My fiancee doesn't remember her high school address, but does remember the name. She lost her high school diploma and has no other data from attending high school. When we fill out the DS-230, what should we do for the education institution question? Should we leave out the high school or enter it and leave the address blank? My fiancee is afraid the CO will ask questions, and she won't be able to produce any documentation that she went to high school. My fear is that if we leave out this information, and the CO discovers it somehow, then he will accuse us of lying on the form.

We knew he was appointed, just have not known exactly when he would start working... There was hope they would clear cases out before he got there.. does not seem to have happened.. now we are hoping it happens at the end of fiscal like last year...

My 3rd trip will be in September 2010.. Our wedding is plan for 9/26, I'm planning to obtain that marriage certificate during 2 week I'm there.. Will that be enough? or I have to come back again in 4th trip after wedding?

Is it alright to skip the engagement party and have the wedding in Vietnam? I had two previous trips, the first with my mom, and the second just me. On the third trip, I will go with both my mom and my dad for the wedding. Is it going to raise a red flag if i do this though?
