This is what I ended up sending off-- whether or not it's too much or too little is yet to be seen , though I'm pretty confident in what I included.
When I mean "original" i-131 & i-765, I'm referring to the new ones you need to send off with your renewal, as you need to sign them at the end in ink. You send those "originals" off, and make exact photocopies for your own records.
- Photocopy of "tear-off" portion sheet provided with original EAD (the page with the 3 bar codes on it)
- EAD Cover Page
- G-1145 Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
- I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization
- 2 passport photos
- Copy of I-94 Arrival/Departure record (front and back)
- Copy of current Employment Authorization Document Card (front and back)
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action for the I-485
- Copy of passport biographical details page
- Photocopy of "tear-off" portion sheet provided with original EAD (the page with the 3 bar codes on it)
- AP Cover Page
- G-1145 Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
- I-131 - Application for Travel Document (Advanced Parole)
- Supplemental page for Part 7, on the I-131
- 2 passport photos
- Copy of current Employment Authorization Document (front and back)
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action for the I-485
- Copy of K-1 Visa
- Copy of passport biographical details page

Sorry ethomps, forgot about you guys! So many people who still dont have a card, yet they are processing June and July cases. Shake my head again! One day I am going to wake and realise I don't have a head on top of my shoulders any more, as I will have shook it that much it will have fallen off! SMH yet again! Hang in there Guys!

Just got email and text that the EAD Renewal card is in production...Thank Holy Mother of Jesus! Maybe that will trigger the GC!

Guess we can say they're not using our application fees to buy ink or quality printers...
I know they have plenty of GC's. Even though they indirectly denied it to Congress, they recently ordered a number of million GC's to cover future DACA applicants...

Yeah this is correct if they have been married over two years at the time the AOS is adjudicated, That's why sometimes I think that after such long delays they might as well leave it to the two year mark and save us all the ROC fee!

I'm trying to keep my list minimal but knowing how detailed I am myself I will probably end up sending extra just to feel safe!
