  1. Does anyone know the average time USCIS is processing i130's?

Are they processing people from Yemen like everyone else?

Because remember when they weren't processing cases from Yemen then after a year or more they gave us all RFE.

we were in uscis for a year and a half exacutly.

what RFE i always read this but have no idea wat its short for.

and what state do u live in if u dnt mind me askin

  2. IA that's good news. You're in my prayers because I know that feeling of uncertainty and I don't wish it on anyone. I'm still uncertain and my husband already has a pick up date. Lol. Are you sure you gave the embassy the right number?

My cousin went to the embassy yesterday and they told her the visa isn't ready. This was her 2nd pick up date. They gave her another slip to come back in Feb.

RAli22 and her husband arrived in America yesterday. Makes me believe there's light at the end of the tunnel for all of us iA. So have hope and iA soon we'll all be outta here with our loved ones.

i dont even know i keep askin ny husband did u give them ur nunber hes like i think so im not sure but im sure they wont let him go until they get his nunber the uemeni guy asked for his number im sure of it. im waiting today to see if they called

  3. I haven't been supporting him I was just saying that i have a valid pharmacy tech certificate, if I need to, I can get a job with

its fine they just wanna know if ur supporting him or not. i didnt go to college yet and i told them im not employed cuz i am to busy taking care of my son as of now and since u are giving them a sponser for him then thats all that matters is that someone with good income can sponser him.

  4. Yes I have one that says 'To whom it may concern, I, (name), have never held any jobs there for have never filed taxes. I've always been an dependent of my dad.' Etc...

And yes it is notarized. I'm 90% sure that it has to be notarized because almost everything has to be.

when i wrote the explantation letter i didnt notarize it i just wrote it nd signed it nd sent it and they accepted it with out notarizing it

  5. Yea it's just the u.s embassy that's unorganized they just want to give ur husband his visa after they athab him and stuff that's why everybody hates the u.s embassy in Yemen

lool yea i know . i always tell him that america doesnt want u . lool and i did my petition december 30 2010 then it was sent back to me cuz i forgot something. then i got the recipt number january 6th,2011 my CC was on aug 28,2012. and interview App was may 28,2013

  6. Myvisa Journey, that could be considered a red flag. The purpose of the diversity visa is simply wanting to go to America. There is no sugar coating it.

And I can see how him filing for it in the past and you filing for him now could be suspicious to them.

Anyhow, I hope it works out for you soon. Keep praying. Me and my husband actually fasted a few days, lol. And we made nathr to give money to the poor whenever they would give my husband a visa pick-up.

i thought that in the begining but they didnt ask about it durin the interview and everything seemed good the counslour said. inshallah khair though allah kareem. i wanna fast but its so hard when ur pregnant all i wanna do is eat lool.
