they updated my case on dec24th,26th, jan 12th and 21st so thats four times lool

well, it shows the visa issued and akso I found good offer about 300usd less

I hope they give it to me on time and I hope everyone get his visa soon

hk93- sorry ur right and i havnt seen ur timeline im using this website on my iphone i cant even see mine. anyway inshallah u get it this time like u said they picking up faster now that they have all the workers back.

sami- why would u book ur ticket when u dnt have ur visa yet u now how yemen is and everything is always unclear with them they might give u another day to come back but inshallah they dont cuz u have ur ticket maybe if u go nd show them on ur pick up date that u already booked the ticket they might give it to u then if it wasnt ready yet

but u said ur husband had an app on dec nd they told him to jan then u went nd they said feburary isnt that three times or am i wrong

yea if ur jount sponser gives u an employment letter saying how much money he will be gettin as of the following year that is good enough nd tell us if they approved your aos after u sent it

h93- yea they did the samething to me last week they replied to an email i sent them on november. lool nd said u r still in ap blah blah. im done with sending them emails thats it im so done. im going to wait a month and see. cuz no matter how many emails u send if ur in AP that means u wait till they finish with u. so its no use. my congresswomen said she will try to see if they can expiedte it cuz im pregnant nd i want him in before my due date. but i read that AP can not be waived or expedte no mateer wat

sound good but i guess some ppl r lucky . all they replied to my congresswomens co worker was that we still have to wait nd thats it she didnt even do anything bout it shes like ok well this is wat they said to me nd if u need anymore let me know.

also ur case is a lil diff ur wife wasnt put in AP as most women dont so its diff.

Has anyone tried contacting their congressman? I contacted Senator Debbie Stabenow. My wife got case complete September 3rd and she is now with me in the US. She arrived one week ago. Contact her she is awesome. Services@stabenow.senate.gov

only people in her district can ask for immigration help. but can u tell us how she helped u. wat did u tell jer and what did she say to the embassy and what was the outcome right after. also how many times did they change ur case status on the ceac website before they gave her an app.

Thats a good question but honestly i have no idea about those types of cases. they have this visa bulliten but dnt now how it works they give one every month and its for permenent residence who r filing for their families only its not for citizens who file. ir1 is my case so idk bout that

each country is diff and for us yemen embassy is always shuttin down . it takes 4-8months to get an interview

question for ppl who were on AP. how many times did the embassy update ur case online before calling??

He means that they used to take a year till they gave ppl interview app. now they take within 6-8 months for interviews. that its better. but the thing is they need a better boss.

they keep updating my case but dnt give us an appointment yet

loool they always find an excuse for something. even though they know they dont have enough staff they still give out so much appointments nd then it gets to crowred and they send half of them back home. also they started giving ppl who just got interview apps visa picks and leave the rest like me and many other in AP waiting till they call and get us our viasa already. they also dnt even go and check our cases until we get the congress ppl involved in the matter.

thanks sleepless i feel sorry for me to but allah kareem and inshallah we will hear good news soon. many ppl are also going threw the samething as me all i can say is allah yi3eena and inshallah the embassy scould stop tellin lies

so today they replied to the congresswomen nd said that they checked my husbands case but it still needs necessary administrative procedures. and that when its over they will contact him nd theres no time frame for how long it should last. this sucks i was sure that they would say that. nd the nvc replied on behalf on sanaa embassy why do u think that is.

i think the website has issues it says application error when i try to check my case. it says not to do anything further so its the website its self
