yea your right .... im glad to here that anyway i just hope the interviewing officer says the same and goes easy on us... because they can pretty tuff with most people.. thanks alot everyone for ur replies i hope all goes well for us all.

so many people are trying to make appointments and they cant i dont know why i think they just dont want to .. who did u contact when u tryed to make an appointment did u email them the IVSanaa@state.gov because emy husband got an appointment and i sent an email to the email address and they made me my appointment to go with my husband and my son.. my appointment did not come yet its not until another week .. but can u tell me what questions they asked ur husband when he went..

i have another question though... my husband does not know the sponser but his father does and is friends with him and his son does that count as a friend....

yea thats why i sent saana a message and asked about that and they replied by tellin me that my joint sponser would have to be a friend, relative, or college and he does not have to be from yemen .. becaus eso many people kept telling that people are being rejected because their joint sponsers are not from yemen.. anyway i hope everything goes well and thanks for the replies .....

hello i have a question about how the affidavit of support goes i was told by someone that my joint sponser has to be from yemen since my husband and i are from yemen and i am applying for him . our joint sponser is not from yemen he is an african american. has anyone went to their interview and have been told that their sponser has to be from yemen be cause this makes no sence and it was not stated on the i864 instruction where the sponser should be from....

when i went to see a lawyer about this he told me not to put anything on that part and that they wont ask for evidence..
