you dont need to get it notarized cuz the embassy notarizes itfor u when u go to the interview . thats wat they did when we went in may .nd sorry to hear about u havin to wait

congrats nd maybe in about 5-6 months

i keep checking my case status nd it still say may31 since the last update is that normal. does anyone have the same problem

even if they r open i think they r tryin to keep it quite for while to keep those haters away im guessin

are they even open yet or wat no one knows anythin . if i call will they answer ne or what

so it took 9 months till the interview

i know tell me about it. did anyone here try writin to them? im still waitin for them to reply to me . i was begining to think yemens embassy is gettin better cuz i waited 8 months till i git an interview and now people are gettin them in like 5 months

i sent an email to the embassy in sanaa and this is what the auto respond message replied:

Thank you for your email. The U.S. Embassy is currently closed for

consular services. When the Consular Section reopens, we will contact

individuals who have appointments during the period of closure to

reschedule their appointments.

We will respond to all other inquiries as quickly as we can when the

Embassy resumes operations. We appreciate your patience.

dam i hate when i write somethin nd it gets posted more then once sorry guys

im so glad u guys got ur interviews reshcuduled but why isnt anyone gettin app sooner i guess they will be revising cases during september thats crazy cuz that means we wont get an appointment until after october

when the embassy stated that they had reopened in guessing the yemeni people who work in yemen went back to work but the american people working their were still away since the counslor section was still closed however i wroteon here a few days ago that one of my husbands friend got a call and they reschuduled his appointment to october 5 why would he lie to my husband andtell him that nd also not everyone will get a call but they will try to get to them and another friend of my husband had an app for notrial service and he was told to wait until they open

well u asked but people have went there and they were not allowed in even with an appointment and were sent back because they were closed why would they lie

if i get denied ill sue if i could that nd go on the news nd telm them how wrong they r but i think im on the safe side for now lool so lets hope i get my husbands visa nd leave this country soon

manhatten. its so weird i relized there r moregirls then men on this website from yemen i guess we have time to waste while they sleep nd work . do guess think there is a chance we might get denied i read about it the other day.

our appointment was may 28th and he was put in ap so they said wait within 3 months for us to call u to come in and leave ur passport and we have yet heard from them i was hopin to get an app in sep now we r lookin in to october due to the embassy closure im mad this ruined my plans now im thinking of going back to nyc nd lettin my husband wait by himself because being pregnent in yemen sucks ill i can think of is the smell of marak nd i hate it.

my husband said it was around this week .. its a good thing they are giving out appointments now im glad to hear that however i have not heard of anyone gettin an appoinment in september i guess the staff are still out of the country(yemen)

dam first they say the embassy has opened abd get us all happy then they forget to tell us that the counselor section is still closed . someone my husband knows had an app on aug26 but they called and reschduled him for october5 .

neferue- yea they said not to contact them only after 3 months it will be 3 months at the end of auguest but i stil think ill wait a week or two until i contact them and remind them .

im so glad that the embassy has opened again and hopefully inshallah everyone gets there appiontments soon and to those waitin on ap like me allah be with u cuz im tired of waitin nd nowthey will make me wait atleast one more month its been 3 months till the end of this month

we were waiting to hear from sanna this month because we were put in ap and its going to be 3 months soon idk if we will be gettin my husbands visa anytime soon they might open after a month or so inshallah everything thats happenin with the embassey goes back to normal again.

h93- u can print it out if u cant then go to a lawyer and get it

h-a-n is ur husband in america now and how long did he wait till he got the card in the mail

well i think ur case might take 5-6 more months and also if ur wife does recieve her visa u will still have to apply for ur child and if ur son doesnt get his visa on time ur wife might have to either stay or leave him behind for a while becuase her visa will expire if she wait more then 6 months . anyway good luck with that. and im not sayin this to scare u this is the last thing i would want .. just make sure as soon as ur baby is born apply for him
