  1. if you guys wanna know what questions were asked .... keep reading..

well as u know each case is very different and the interviewing officer doesnt always ask the same questions to every person anyway we were asked

questions they asked me ( petitioner)

1.how do you know the sponser?

    2. where/what does he work?

they asked me another question based on my answer.

3.so why didnt your father inlaw apply for your husband then?

then i gave them a long answer. and he seemed convinced because i was telling the truth

4.what year did you get married?

5.your son was born in the U.S ?

    6. how long have you been in yemen ?

    questions they asked my husband...

1.where does your wife live in the U.S?

2.under whos name is this apartment?

3how many sibilings does she have?

    4. name them from first to last....

then they asked him a question which was a true or false question

    5.is her sisteer ____ married?

    the answer was no.

    and thats it.

  2. Hello guys we just got back from sanaa and i have both good and bad news. good news is that our case seems to be complete and nothing more is needed the interviewing officer didnt say anything about our co sponsers he was quite convinced but the bad new is that our case was put on adminstrative process ..when i asked y he said it just is but dont worry it wont take long the most is 3 months and we will call ur husband in for another interview ..do u guys think this is good or bad. well to me it seems ok becasue he said ur case seems to be perfect nothing is missing or wrong.. but i think they want to do more of a background check i guess ..

  3. thanks albabeli i hope they do to but its different for guys because guys are more dangerous and more likely they think guys are terriost i hate that but its the truth anyway iv been looking for a new sponser for a like a month just incase they denie the one we have already and my luck there isnt anyone with a good income .... there is one but he is retired already do u think that will work

  4. waw really... did she have an interview before or is this the first time for her. and did they give her another interview date in two weeks to go pick up the visa. i know im aksin soo much but my husband is next to me buggin me to ask u this and hes soo nervous . and btw i when they ask my husband if he knows the sponser my husband wont say yes because we dont want to lie because they wnt beliuve us and we dont have anything to hide.. and our sponser is not yemei he is an african american who i know and so does my husbands father .. i hope thats enough for them .. inshallah my husband gets the visa so we can go to u.s together with our son anyway.. congrats to ur wife

  5. ok guys i have my sponsers taxs and original copy of birth certificate and his job letter .. so do u think that would be enough .. . and albabeli i understand what u mean but that is not a far thing for embassy to do ..and also u are worryin me thats why cus my husband doesnt know the joint sponser only his father and i do so that would be a problem .. and

albabeli r u ur wifes only sponser

  6. ok well heres the thing if you are broke how will be able to pay for the fees.and im sorry to say this but u might have to leave her for a while because if she does get a tourist visa it wont last forever aqnd if u file for just a regular visa for her to come to the us it might take months and even year or more. so if you want to apply for her and stay in france u might have to keep renewing ur passport and if that isnt allowed in france then u might have to go back to the u.s and apply for her and get a job and wait until everything is all done. and u might wanna look for a job because u gonna need it for ur affidavit of support or alteast have a friend or family member who has good taxs and they want to help u. good luck hope everything goes well
