traslation is a must. If they dont follow instructions their petition could be denied. Would you want to take that chance if it were you?

if i have 500 pages of conversation // do you wanna say that i have to translate all 500 pages..??

i didn't translate any of our conversation.. it they want to read what we were talking about they will find a person who will translate for them, i am sure at USCIS works a lot of people who is different countries and they can translate for them... i wouldn't translate

Hello, i am very confused.... I received a RFE on July, 30,2012 for a copy of my fiance passport I sent it in the next day. I never received a reply to this RFE and did not even know i was supposed to get one until someone on here told me. So i called uscis today and they were concerned because my case did not even show that a RFE was sent to me much less any indication that vsc received my evidence. The officer i talked to sent in a service request to vsc and said I should hear back in 2 weeks. I am getting really stressed out because we are now at 6 months waiting on NOA2 and have heard nothing is this common or do i have a right to be freaking out im almost in tears

do we have to send a copy of fiance passport??? i didn't send out my fiance's copy of passport

idk why i tried .. it still dont work.. everytime i change CSC to VSC it goes back to CSC

We filed our NOAA1 Aug 28. Has any Aug filers heard anything at all? I know we're at 105 days and counting. She's coming for a visit during the holidays so at least that much of a positive. Hope to hear from you all.

My father's petition got approved in exactly 2 months in NBC. But the other petition I filed for my mom, I'm still waiting for the approval. I'm slightly disappointed with myself for not including a cover sheet for a request that these two petitions be processed together. I called NCSC & was told that the average processing is 5 months.

they did the same thing to my mom.. i asked them how come one of them got approved and other one is still waiting.. they said two application got into two different people.. so one is accepting them faster then the other

i am not sure about I-129F movements .. but VSC is really slow!! that's all i know

did you guys notice that too?.. that everyone who is august, september , october, november filers getting aproved in 1-3 months at NBC..

all our messages in ukrainian language so they wont be able to read them anyways.. plus they will not have time to read them.. nut i dont want to print just couple pages from each month and then at the interview they will tell me "so if u didn't print everything it means u hiding something",, but deffenetly i don't want to print 100 pages...

can someone help me... i have like more then 70 pages of facebook messaages( so far but we still have like 3 more months till interview)... what should i do print them all??

did anybody hear bout all petitioners who sent out their documents after august 15 were sent from VSC to a different local offices??

i sent my paperwork at the end of august.. does it mean they send my case to different office/ i hope its CSC... because by looking at people who sent their paperwork at the same time i did in CSC office they are getting approved in december...

should i go to interview with my fiance ?? will they allow me?.. did anybody go from ukraine?

hello everyone... i just realized that i didn't send a copy of my fiance birth certificate with all our documents... are we in trouble?

They received our 129F on 28 August also.. and my timeline says we should receive our NOA2 at the end of february .. that's a long time.. does anybody know why CSC is way ahead of VSC??
