you are not alone!! my fiance have to wait 2 months for the result to come back!! so sad,, more wait!!

once you have new case number you can do medical exam and then you can schedule interview online!!! thats what my fiance did.. i gave him our new case number he went to do medical and didn't pass it, now we have to wait for 2 months for the results and then have interview..

i have a question, can somebody tell me if co-sponsor should fill out the same I-134 for as a sponsor, or is there a different form for a co-sponsor?

i am going to have a co=sponsor and its a family, husband and wife filled out tax return together should i fill out I-134 for both of them or just for one of them??

hello!! i have a question! my aunt sponsored her sister's family 8.6 years ago .. can she sponsor my fiance now or she is not allowed since she already was a sponsor before?

they updated my status 10 days later after i sent them RFE!

they should update your status on USCIS webside saying that they received your RFE

i got txt mesage at 4 pm that we were approved

please help me who was in this situation!!! my fiance had his medical exam today and he said the doctor said everything looks goob but since he had TB 3 years ago they took additional tests and they said results will be ready in 2 months.. i am so sad i was crying all day!! how is that possible?? we have to wait another 2 months and we cant schedule interview either!!

when i got RFE and they wanted me to send them my fiance letter of intent , i sent them that and my pastor wrote a letter that he will marry us in 90 days and i sent a copy of my wedding dress receipt!! i think if you have that or you can get it, thats always a plus

hello everyone!! i called NVC yesterday and they told me they sent my documents to Ukraine so i decided to go to ceac.state.gov (visa status check) and i see it says

"Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center."

what does it me ans your interview date was provided to you by NVC?? do we already have interview date? i though Ukraine consular should assign us a date!! i am lost! help me if anyone went through this!

my first NOA1 was at 12 pm then RFE was at 12pm then RFE (they received it ) at 11 at night and NOA2 at 4 pm

my co-sponsor works constraction and his boss just gives him checks at the end of the month so he doesnt have pay stubs.. do you think it is going to be a problem? i got his W2 and tax return for 2012!! should i get his tax return for 2011 also? thank you
