  1. As long as your new income meets the requirement you don't have to worry about it. Make sure your fiance brings with him your employement offer letter to the interview. The CO probably would ask for that.

    Thank you for your assistance

So for the i-134 form list my annual income from both jobs but only list my full time job and make sure I have both employer's letters verifying my income?

Can I use a supplement sheet for the i-134? cause his address doesn't fit on the form -_-

  2. Yeah I have thrown myself into work for some distraction. Since I work in film I've just booked myself for the next 16 days straight and have just been distracting myself with scripts and such. But it's frustrating because my fiancé is my favorite partner for work!

I also just bought stuff to start learning crochet :P

crochet is fun!!! I love it ^_^ of course I start it and don't finish....lol

Omg idk what to do with myself.:crying:

i do too much i don't know where to start to finish.........hahaha

  3. Yeah my original filing date is dec 19...i am so impatient and anxious i feel like i need a project to keep my mind off of it

i tried that...it was a temporary relief only...cause then I'd talk to my fiance and it'll go back to all that mumble jumbo thinking in my head. I crochet, loom knit, scrapbook...teaching myself how to sew...I can't even begin to tell you how many projects I attempted to finish...there's a lot. lol

  4. I sent my application on 12/19/12. However sent my check for $240. I received a NOA indicating to resu  bmit on 1/7/13 . Re sent on 1/9/13. It had a special attentikn notice saying to put it on top to receive "special attention". I am so impatient i feel like this is going to take forever......sighssss

Does that mean your NOA official date is December something? It's good they allowed you to resubmit...hopefully that didn't kick you out of ur original petition filing...

Remember..Forever doesn't exist and therefore this can't take forever. ;)

  5. If you have no dependent then you met the income requirement. Also you don't have to cash your 401K to increase your income. If your income doesn't meet the guideline you can add other assets as supplements.

From what I have read so far and my own experience, the CO seem to care about your current income only. They only look at your taxes if your current job is less than few months.

I just started this job in January. So the G325a form I sent in needs to be updated. I'm assuming when my fiance goes to the interview I just need to update the form. Hopefully NOA2 would come during the summer if so I'll be at this job for the first six months.

I was out of a job and cashed my 401k. It only had 4k in it...still waiting on the all the necessary paperwork for me to file taxes. My previous employer still hasnt sent my w-2 but I know they have until January 31...

  6. I'm kind of confused on what to do about my income situation once we receive NOA2.

I've already got my tax transcripts for 2009-2011. Once I've filed 2012, I plan on getting a copy of that as well or just send in my tax papers with it. Whichever I have available at the time.

From 2006-2012 I was employed at the same company. The last three years of income there were as follows:

    2009-$26,150

    2010-$28.630

    2011-$21.422

For 2012 from my last paycheck stub, my gross pay was $17.518. I cashed out $4,000 from my 401k so that would be added to my income so a total income of $21,518 (estimated).

I am currently working two jobs and my gross pay combined from both employers is going to be well over $30,000. (my household size is 4)

Has anyone had any issues with the consulate asking about why income was up and down? or is it mainly to show that I held a steady job?

Also on the i-134 form, how do I indicate I have two jobs? Do I just supply the full time job information on the form and put the gross income and have two letters of employment verification?

Also, my fiance's address does not fit in the space provided...are supplement sheets allowed for i-134?

I've also heard that if my income meets the 125% poverty level, I wouldn't need to supply any additional information about my assets (ie. bank account information, personal property, etc.) is that correct?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much :D

  7. Looks like one of our fellow December filers got an approval already! :o

They announced it on this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/403587-your-alien-registration-number-was-changed-relating-to-your-i129f-petition-for-fiancee/page__view__findpost__p__5901851

    And here's their timeline: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=149514

Crazy jealous, but very happy for them!

i need time to get my stuff together once noa2 comes...hes gotta get the police certificate stuff too...in a rush but not in a rush here for noa2. gotta get a quit claim signed too but cant do that till chinese new year. -_-

  8. Awesome!

Look at the copy. It should say what date they received your petition. That's the offical date of your NOA1, not the date you receive it in the mail.

ooO so they received it November 21...that means that my NOA1 date??? OoO i was gonna be 8 days behind! lol lemme go update my timeline so it "adjunct" the timeframe...i never knew such a word existed

  9. callmekay...i am now waiting for our NOA1 and not NOA2. Anyway, am praying i catch up with you soon, lol

I just received my NOA1 hardcopy in the mail today!!! woot woot! some sort of news is good news if you ask me. lol

imma be stalking the USCIS website for my case....its there and on initial review but who knows. maybe i can get lucky and it'll go to a decision or something or other. that would be so great *daydreaming*
