Filed for K-1 visa had interview Sept 13,13. Was put AR and case terminated Jan 28, 14...was given no reason why they thought it wasnt a bonafide relationship...Got married legally March 28, 2014...Now just waiting to see if we get approved or denied again..We were approved May 11,2016...May 17, 2016 he was called back we have been rejected since our approval and need to file a hardship waiver for misrepresentation....so now we are waiting again guessing another yearand a whole lot more money which we dont have....dont take anything for granted
