Contact your Senators. I contacted Jeff Merkely's office (Oregon) two weeks ago and his immigration constituent service person contacted the CSC on my behalf. If you need help with the letter, please feel free to message me here.

I have the deepest empathy for all July, August, September & October filers not yet approved. I am so sorry our government has put us all through such an unreasonable wait. Good luck to all. Tell your fiances you love them everyday! ( I am sure we are all doing this already!)

How much is enough proof of ongoing relationships?

I have a few e-mails to be exact 5 e-mails, 2 hand written letters and skype chat logs since 2011!!

I don't think printing out the 1,000 pages or more of skype chat logs will be of any use? It's too much. Don't think they will sit for 1 month and read conversations, if anything that person might get annoyed or think..."is this person crazy" hahah just a thought!

What things can I include? That will just be ENOUGH to prove our bonafide relationship.

Preparing 20 emails and 20 chat logs here. I don't think you have to print all of them. Just enough to show you guys are maintaining the communication everyday.

Hi! September filer here waiting for the NOA2 also. Well, CENOMAR has 6 months validity. If you feel that you'll get the NOA2 anytime sooner, then it wouldn't be a problem if you will get the certificate this month. As for me, I'll be to our local LCR to get my CENOMAR just in case our NOA2 will arrive next month.

Praying that it would be your NOA2, and that CSC will continue working K1 applications now. September filer here and still waiting for the NOA2. We haven't contacted congressman/senator yet because my fiance is currently out for work tour but we're hoping we will get ours soon.

GREAT news! They're rocking now.

My fiance recently changed his address and he informed the USCIS via phone call. After 3 days when I check our case status, it says "On April 11, your address was changed relating to the I-129F...." It would also help if you will also inform the Post Office staffs. My fiance did it.

Congratulations! When was your NOA1?

Just wanted to let everyone know I got my approval from CSC today! I AM SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!! I have been waiting for a little less than 9 months. Our NOA1 date was July 24.

I literally cried my eyes out when I got the text. (tears of joy).

I am completely convinced that this approval would't have come for a few more months if I didn't contact my senator. A few hours after my approval the senate's office called me to tell me that they contacted CSC on Monday and that my case was approved today. My advice to everyone, CONTACT YOUR SENATOR. It doesn't hurt to try. SO SO HAPPY!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone! <3 :dance:

Hi, I am a September K1 filer. I am still waiting for NOA2 from CSC, but I thought I should start getting some documents ready. I read from some old posts that some people need an Affidavit of Single Status, but it is not mentioned in the K1 visa guide, so it is not clear to me whether it is needed for my case (I-129F K1 application, Vietnam). So my question is, do I need it? If so, where/how do I get one? (I read that I can type it up and get it notarized at the City Hall, but I don't know what to write without seeing a sample one...)

I'm not sure if it's required in your country but here in Philippines, single K1 applicants must bring CENOMAR or Certificate Of No Marriage during the interview.
