  1. Hi VJ family. My fiancé received USCIS e-mail informing us that our NOA2 is approved on March 16, 2013. It took 8 months and 3 weeks and yes quite a very long time but we never lose hope.

We are so happy and this is a good sign that CSC is getting back on track and hopefully everyone will get their NOA2 soon. You are all in my prayers Dearies.

Waiting and getting anxious was never easy but always remember, good things happen in God's time. Keep up the faith and God bless us all! :star::):star:

By the way, pls give me a link on what we do for the next step. I just wanna make sure we get everything correct. Thank you so much.

Congratulations! I'm very happy to see approvals from CSC especially those who filed between the month of July-October.

    Go, go, go, CSC!

  2. I WAS APPROVED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS GOD!!!!!!!!!!! I'm praying for all you guys who have been waiting to see approval soo. If you haven't contacted your senator please do so. i HAVE CONTACTED MINE 2 WEEKS AGO, RECEIVED A LETTER FROM HIM LAST WEEK THAT MY CASE WAS ASSIGNED TO AN ADJUDICATOR AND GOT APPROVRED TODAY.

CONGRATULATIONS! When was your NOA1. We are September filer and HOPING that we will get ours soon.

    Happy for you!

  3. Hi guys!

My fiance sent our I 129F packet on October 9 and he got our NOA1 on the 17th. We are supposed to hear a result last March since they say that the processing time is 5 months. But it's already 6 months since we filed the petition but no news from them. And on their website, I have observed that the date "july 18" never changed.

I just want to know, is there a problem with the USCIS CSC right now? It's so hard to be so far away from your partner since we've been waiting for a long time now. We really want to be with each other the soonest possible time. I feel like I'm being tortured because I expected to hear a result last month but until now I got none. Huhu.. So sad. :(

By the way, any october 2012 filers here? Shoot me a message!

    God bless everyone!

7 months of waiting here. Nothing we can really do about it beside to ask help from a politicians.

Just enjoying at the moment while waiting. You know, great things take time. :) Hold on.

  4. Hi, guys! My fiance (petitioner) recently moved to his new home and changed his address via call. He also informed the post office staffs about it. And when I checked our case today, this is what it says:

"On April 11, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

I'm hoping they changed it now. I'm just confused because some filers who changed address filed AR-11.

:( Very confused. Can someone enlighten me please.

    God bless you all.

  5. I'm an August 27 filer. I emailed Senator Barbara Boxer and got a reply telling me to send a signature with permission to inquire on my behalf. Sent it over a week ago and didn't get a response so I called them today. Just got off the phone with the case worker. She said there's nothing she can do, and they've had a lot of requests from july and august filers but it's within normal processing time so nothing can be done. I said it isn't fair that some people who applied after me are getting approved and she said they may have gotten it expedited, because it's first come first serve. She mentioned they had a meeting yesterday and talked about the CSC flooding and that they had a high number of applicants in july-august. As she talked and sounded like a broken record from what i've been hearing from USCIS themselves I couldn't help but cry. I said goodbye crying, not only saying goodbye to her, but also goodbye to my last piece of effort and last resort and hope. I guess the saying "you get what you work for and put effort in" doesn't apply to everything, eh? And the definition of first come, first serve is now extremely confusing to me.

I have nothing else that I can do. I've done everything I possibly can.

I understand you deeply because we too are in our 7 months of waiting now. We filed last September and still under initial review. I am trying to be brave and stay positive everyday just to ease the feeling of frustration. My fiance expected that I will be with him in the US by Feb or March but I guess it was not what God planned. All we can do now is to WAIT. Great things take time I believe and I'm sure all your sadness right now will be payed off once you and your fiance will be together forever. I'm including you guys in my prayer. Keep the faith.

    God bless you. :)

  6. Good day to all you VisaJourney Philippines Members,

I'm really hoping to tap into your experiences to insure that I am following through with things correctly after receiving the MNL number yesterday morning. I have a couple questions and I pray you can all help me get some answers to.

    1) Now that I have the MNL number, can my love go to BPI and schedule her interview straight away?

YES. As long as you have the NVC letter and MNL Case number.

    2) When can my love go for her medical at St Luke's? Do we have to wait until the USEM receives the case from the NVC before going for the medical or can we go anytime after scheduling the interview?

I think when you receive the MNL Case number, that immediately means the USEM has your papers already.

    Rgds,

    Sahs

  7. Finally some great news today with the approval of I29 - F !! Now for the next steps . I have an exact copy of everything I sent with the Petition and I know I will need to send my girl the proof of income and some bank statements . Where is it that I go to IRS for transcripts for the past filings . I did go to their site and could on choose one year and they are sending that year . I was hoping to just get a certain list like maybe 7 years worth .I say congrats to all of us and to all October Filers ....Keep a Watchful Eye !! Thanks ..... Terry

Congratulations! When did you file?

  8. hello vj's family... it's been a month since my interview in US embassy 2 hours interview they put me under Administrative Processing. this morning i got letter from the US embassy when i opened it, it was my passport no visa not approved and denied then there is a white paper a 221g form it state IT WAS NOT ESTABLISHED THAT THE BENEFICIARY AND PETITIONER HAVE A BONAFIDE RELATIONSHIP.. then on the bottom part DISPOSITION OF YOUR CASE: YOUR PETITION IS BEING RETURNED TO THE USCIS THROUGH THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER FOR RECONSIDERATION AND DISPOSITION. FURTHER INQUIRIES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE USCIS OFFICE THAT PROCESSED YOUR PETITION.. this is very sad i had all the evidence that our relationship is genuine..photos, remittance, engagement ring, telephone bills and email . now i don't know what to do next.. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT WILL I DO? thanks and GOD BLESS..

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear this happened on your case. Is there any other red flags with you and the petitioner that made the CO scrutinize you during the interview?

I'm praying you both will get through this. Just keep the faith and everything will be alright. God bless you. :)
