Hi, everyone! I have read somewhere in USCIS site and I found out that there are 2 more service center aside from CSC and Vermont. These are Nebraska Service Center and Texas Service Center. And I have also read that all petition from Kansas will be submitted to Texas first. I want to know which 'major' center they submitted our petition after receiving NOA1? California or Vermont?????

We've been married for 10 months now, and shortly after she got her job, she started having less and less to do with me. I've been doing my best to be the best husband and she stopped being affectionate and started staying out 3 or 4AM at night and going to the bars with her friends. Then when I started to have a problem with her actions, that's when she moved in with her co-worker, she's younger than her and not married, but overall, I've been trying to work with her to resolve this and get her to move back in and she has stopped all communication for a full 3 wks now and now I see she added some guy on her facebook that lives here in the city. She never does that and I have a feeling she's been cheating on me and that's why she doesn't want anything to do with me now. I ended up running into her at the gas station by my work and she bought beer (she never drinks beer) and cigarettes and then ended up sitting in her car talking on her phone for like 10 minutes and then an SUV pulled up and a guy got out of that car and got into her car and I recognized him from a guy she added on her FB. She had posted a video on her wall with all <3 <3 <3 <3. She blocked me before she ever moved out almost 2 months ago, but I had another account for my job and that's how I am able to still see her FB. We have not went for any type of interview or anything, since she went for her EAD. Is getting a green card REALLY this easy? She ended up getting it in the mail like a few days later. How does this work? I tried calling immigration and they told me they couldn't discuss it with me without her being there with me. I don't know what else to do? Gather all evidence you can prove that she's cheating and came there with false pretenses. I know it may be hard but you need to spare yourself from this woman because you can't trust her anymore after cheating you after 10 months of marriage. I'm so sorry you ended up in that situation. Move on for YOURSELF.

I haven't had my interview yet, but if I were asked that question I would just say that my fiance and I don't want to be apart after being married. Imagine that!

A positive PPD test, skin test, means that one has been exposed to TB and antibodies are present in their body. PPD testing can continue to be performed many times as long as they are negative but once a positive rsult is found that person will ALWAYS show positive from that point. The medically appropriate follow up to a positive PPD is a chest xray to determine if the person has an active case of TB.

With a positive PPD and a clear chest xray a precautionary course of medication can be administered. Stopping this course of treatment does not necessarily result in one developing TB but should be discussed with ones physician.

I know many health care providers that have positive PPD tests and a clear chest xray that NEVER developed TB nor are they latent carriers as latent carriers can spread the disease with out showing signs/symptoms themselves.

TB is nothing to mess with and the testing, disease, and treatment does need to be properly managed by a competent physician

Hi, how can we detect if a person has a latent TB aside from PPD test? This gave me so much worry because I've been working as a caregiver in our city hospital here and I've been taking care with people with TB although that was many months ago and I did used mask to protect myself. Do you think I would be contaminated then? I'm so scared now. :-S

I think we didnt receive any of RFEs but we have been waiting for 4.5 months since we sent. Btw, we had transferred our case from NSC to CSC. Still NO@ never came....

That's a very odd situation. NOA1 wouldn't reach more than 1 month to receive. We got ours 5 days after our check has been cashed. So I suggest that your fiancee must call the USCIS about your case, if they would request RFE or whatever. Just call them as soon as possible.

So my fiance filed the petition last Sept 1 and we got the NOA1 already after the check has been cashed for a week. My question is, how long it would take to receive the NOA2? Sorry, I'm just so anxious about this whole process stuff. Thank you for the response ahead.

Hi, guys! We are K1 visa applicants. My fiance from Kansas MO submitted the I-129F package last September 1. He tracked his check online and see that the check has been cashed so we know immediately that the petition has been opened but what is bothering me right now is that we haven't got our NOA1 yet. I have heard from many K1 applicants that they received their NOA1 in not less that 2 weeks.

Also, my fiance is a tour manager. He is gone to do Europe trip for 1 and half months. How could we know that the NOA1 has been delivered in his home mail? Would the USCIS send us an email notifying us that they sent the NOA1? I'm so stressed by this. Please give us your advice. Thank You all and God bless.
