I am 100% sure about it . It's at the embassy right now and I did call them . They told me to go on the website and that I could cancel a K1 from there . I did not see where I could , so I sent an email . The Perdue oven popper has popped on this one LOL . I am so done with her and moving on . As the Muppets sang " Moving right a long ! "

I do not feel she used me for the money . She made her choice to sleep with him and got pregnant . I made my choice to forgive her and work out our relationship . I believe she truly is in love with me , but things got so messy and became impossible for it to happen . She told me she hates this man and even hate is a feeling of love . She hates him for what she has done in her life . Perhaps her parents influence and desire to keep there grandchild in the country played some role in her choice . She knew all of these things , but kept them from me allowing me to think this was going to be a reality . Did he steal her phone ? I really do not know and at this point it does not matter anymore . Its done and I am going to withdraw the petition .
With all of this I have met some very nice people . I met an older woman who owns a FIL AM market near my house . I spoke to her and she told me she knows someone at the department of state . She said she would help me start the process and do the things properly to withdraw this . She said she would most likely be blacklisted from the United States . I am not going to be vindictive I am just going to tell the truth . I just want to end this and give that visa to someone else who actually deserves it .
Thank you all for the kind words and advice on my journey . I will most likely be removing my name or at least changing it if I can . If I do meet another I will be more careful for the next time . This one rotten egg will not ruin it for me nor shake my confidence about the filipina's and their culture . I will find friends who know friends who can be more trust worthy . I have a kind heart and as you know this can get me into trouble , but I can not change who I am . I will just have more wisdom in the future about who I meet .

... which reminds me of a story about a mother traveling with her young son.

For chat logs I have found this to be a challenge . I own a Mac and made it even harder . What I did was made screen prints of our chats . That was the only way I could do it . I just did first of the month mid and end to show a constant flow of chat . Also one neat things about the screen prints you can show the 2 of you on cam together .

Under General Account settings in your Facebook account you can download a copy of your data . This took a few hours , but once done I had our entire chat log . Also pictures I posted and other information . I would archive everyone , but the chat you want . I did this and only got my fiancee's chat log . You will see the download at the bottom of the general account settings area .

OK after reading through all the comments I figured I would throw in my 2 cents...
1. I really hope when you said " I decided to start the finace papers" you mean you BOTH decided that was the path to take. Did she fully understand the type of visa being applied for is dependent on her coming to the US as a single person and getting married to only you in the US within 90 days?
2. later you said her brothers got upset...Did she communicate #1 above to her family when that was the path that you both selected?
3. You have got to understand that plans change and you pushed back, which is fine but you guys did not work out your differences. So if it that important to her, why not go there and marry if she is still the woman for you? You start over with the CR1 visa, but that is the price that she needs to understand if you guys do as she wants and go that route.
4. I agree with the poster about Tampo - took me a while to get that one.
5. no reason to try to revoke unless revenge is what you seek. You see she was issued the visa and it is up to her not to commit visa fraud. you can not control her. The K1 is a one time visa which has 2 expiration dates. The first is probably 6 months from medical/visa approval. The next is 90 days after entering the US. If she enters the US on that visa with no intention of marrying you but tells IO she does, she has lied, you have not. Lets say she enters with the true intent to marry you but something breaks down and you don't marry. It is up to her to leave (although my opinion you should offer to help) or SHE is overstaying. You have broken no laws unless you aid her in her attempt to break the law.
6. If you are positive you are done. You can as others say write a letter stating that your intent to marry has been rescinded for irreconcilable differences.
I wish you well and maybe you can work things out with her before you get to number 5 and 6.
Long distance relationships suck and it is easy to jump to the SCAM conclusion as there is always that thread of doubt in your mind or what others are asking/saying that can grow in an instant, especially when nurtured by a lack of communication.

Yes exactly! it's an AGREEMENT, meaning you need to agree to what's in it. So if he says that you're entitled to nothing if you divorce, I wouldn't agree with that.
Normally they say stuff like you get to keep everything you brought into the marriage and a share of the things obtained during the marriage. Sometimes there may be a section about how much money you are to get per year to live on (even during the marriage, like an allowance), sometimes how much you get is dependent on how long you've been married. So after 2 years you'll get more than the first year. I would include things about kids (living with your primarily and he paying child support and getting visitation), stuff like that.
Tell him you're willing to consider signing an agreement but that you want your own lawyer to look at it and add your own terms. If he doesn't readily agree to that then I would be insulted as well. The marriage is about both of you, and so the agreement should be as well. Also, it has been known for some judges to ignore pre-nuptial agreements in times where they really side with one person. So it's in his best interest for both of you to actually come to an agreement.
