No interview, no correspondence since the fingerprints - just received the notification that case was approved and card is in production. Mother in law's case still open (NOA date a week later).

Most likely yes, and check back again your myaccount.uscis website tomorrow or following day, it should have a PDF document with a date/time/location for your interview.

Received the first "Your case has been updated" text/email notification today, and here's the case status on the website:

I can't say I have the time to go back to update the statistics since my interview was scheduled on July 10. However, I do remember that at least for the rest of July, everything seemed to be 2 schedulings per month (every 2 or 3 weeks depending on how long months are).
I do know there was some variance by country as well. Vietnam sticks out in my mind as a country where a few people had their interviews scheduled WAYYY after case complete that showed something was up.

Wife's visa and packet was delivered on Friday and is in hand. Who knew government documents could be so pretty?

In-laws had their interview today and APPROVED!!! Finally this nightmare is coming to an end! The CEAC website is already showing as issued.. Yayy hopefully that means they can pick up soon.. They said none of the originals were returned???

I am waiting at airport for my flight, did already POE in Montreal and it was fast and easy! Thank you for all the help and support, I wish you good luck to all of you in your journey.

Sitting in a cafe with my wife, drinking wine at 9.30 am because we were just approved!
Interview questions were short and easy (how we met, education, work plans, where we will live, etc). Guy was nice. Waiting for visa in hand!

Visa issued.. I can't say I'm surprised, but even though the interviewer did say we were approved and he would try to issue it today, he did say as we were walking out 'as long as she had no criminal issues when she was in the US, she'll be fine'. Just enough to insert some doubt.. But I'm so glad it is done.
