Peace_Seeker reacted to Darnell in Ongoing Relationship Means..??
alas, you need to review the I-130 instructions again,
as the 6 types of evidence are listed there.
Here's my breakdown on those 6 types, and what we prepped.

Note that going forward, from the date of filing, you were supposed to keep generating this evidence,
and submit it with the DS-230 and submit it on interview day.
I hope you have been doing monthly generation on your stuff.
as to skype chat logs, yes, it's possible. do a search here using the advanced search tool, search terms 'skype chat'

The income requirement for 4 people is $28,812. Your cosponsor makes enough income so he would not need to include assets. Also you need to look at your country specific forum to see if your embassy accepts cosponsors. Good luck to you.

Is his current annualised income still $43'000? If so there should be no trouble, he is well over the poverty line for a household of 4.

No, you will only need to send the originals of your civil documents. They will be returned to you at the interview.
If the consulate where you are going to be interviewed needs more information they will ask you by email prior to your interview date.

Peace_Seeker reacted to Thomas&Cleofe in DS-3032
The DS-3032 applies to the IV application form and civil document submission.
So, if you want to receive instruction about this...submit your details.
If you want your wife to receive the form and instructions....submit your wife's details.
Pakistan is not an electronic processing consulate, so your immigrant visa application will have to be sent physically to NVC with original signature(no photocopy of signiture accepted)

Congrats on your case complete
Hello & congrats on receiving your NOA 2
The petitioner should start contacting the NVC to see whether or not the case has been received from USCIS. If it has been received they will say to wait 10-20 business days until a Case Number is assigned so basically you call often to see the status of the Case #. Once assigned the ball starts rolling from there.
Good luck.
