    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
Once NVC sends it off, I found a forum on VJ that tracks the packages to the Embassies. Let me know if you'd like to follow it. It's not 100% accurate, but it's something, right? Sending prayers and support!!! Yay!!!!
Would you like help with your Timeline, or something else? Congrats on starting your visa journey!!

Some countries are considered "high fraud" and Cambodia may be considered one. If your fiance is coming from one, then it's pretty imperative that you really cover all bases since several people on this website have been denied a K1 visa simply because the interviewer didn't "feel" like the relationship was real. Finland isn't a high fraud country, so what you are sending for the interview is likely fine.

OH yea sorry I forgot - yes that's the most annoying part. You need to wait for packet 3 (not the actual interview appointment, but just the letter from the consulate saying they have received the packet from NVC and here is the document checklist that you need to start preparing...)

After you marry you must file for Adjustment of Status. It is $1070.

I am a bit hesitant to post this, because I know there are so many people still waiting; but I just wanted to share that we received our NOA2 today, just a few minutes ago.
I'm gonna keep praying though, for everyone still waiting for this step. And I pray you'll support us as our petition heads to the NVC. Thanks everyone for being such an incredible community. You've all made this unbearable process manageable, even joyful at times, as we get to celebrate with one another and support one another in solidarity.

I've started dreaming about getting our NOA2. It looked like a report card and they rated us based on the evidence we submitted, the correctness of the forms and overall presentation. We did really well, but it was still a weird dream! Let's hope it becomes real for all of us shortly!

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file to Texas lockbox. So those Feb approvals are actually the ones in CSC. TSC approves files in at least 4 months...
I totally understand how you're feeling, I'm like that, too Everyday without him is killing me, and I just want to get done with this as soon as I can. I hate seeing CSC approve files so fast and it's not fair at all! But let's just hope for a miracle...

Hi Megan. I didn't send too much in the original packet. Our embassy isn't high fraud, so there wasn't too much need to "frontload." This is what I've compiled for the interview, however...
    "Timeline of our ongoing relationship
    (Table of Contents)
First interaction, via Interpals.net—(date inserted here for all categories) First email interaction, via gmail.com – Relationship moves to instant messaging, via Google hangouts. – Became Facebook friends – Later added each other to our Google+ circles Subsequent family and friends of each were added beginning in --. Began using “Whatsapp” (phone app) to text each other – Later added “Viber” and Skype for texting and talking (audio) First audio call via regular phone – First Skype call (video) – First card arrived via US Mail – First visit to meet in person – K1 visa petition sent to USCIS -- K1 visa petition NOA1— Second in-person visit – Third in-person visit --" Each section is tabbed, and there is a paragraph explaining the process of how we got to that point, plus screenshots, or excerpts, or copies of pics, envelopes for postmarks, etc. It was grueling work, and took about 3 weeks to gather it all. Now when he takes it back with him, he'll add some small samples from when we aren't together the next couple months. (at least I hope he will. lol)
Explanation paragraph looks something like this:
I “friend requested” Johan on Facebook after he gave me his email address. Before doing so, I had looked around his page, and saw pictures of him, his son, other family, and friends. When I made a comment on a public photo on a friend’s page, that friend sent me a friend request. Since Johan and I have become Facebook friends, we have acquired 7 mutual friends (so far) who are my friends and family and his friends and family.
Enclosed are screen shots of some of our photos, tags, posts on our walls."
Now that I've spent days putting all this together, they probably won't even look at it. I plan on giving an extensive review of the embassy process, since the Ireland info seems to be outdated.

is the only way to get your case # to call or to wait for the letter from the NVC? After tomorrow (when he is here for 2 weeks! woot!), we're on K1 hiatus until the end of his trip. I have all the I134 stuff together already plus a HUGE inch-thick document of "proof of ongoing relationship" to send back with him. I'll likely mail the new letter of intent once he has an interview scheduled. And also book a flight to be there, if it's after school is out for summer.

Tee and Megan reacted to Harpa Timsah in New Processing system? No more "touched" status updates?
If you sign up for case status/an account, instead of just putting in the number each time, then you will get a screen where there is a "last activity" date or something. People call that a touch because the date changes on there sometimes, which is different than the alerts they send.

a "touch" is whenever activity happens on your case. For example, according to your timeline, your A# changed on 4/7. This is considered a "touch". The actual status online doesn't say "touch".

It would seem to me that some are actually processing faster than five months! At least, that is what I pray for. I think we're hoping for around 2 and a half months.
Goodness, I don't really like weekends now, because we know the good people at USCIS can't do anything for our cases on weekends. I'd almost rather it be Monday already, so at least we know things are moving.
Good luck and blessings to you too!!
