Not only did USCIS change VSC's estimated date to Feb 27th, but also when you look that the "average" it's been changed to 8.5 months!

What does it mean? That they are working on Feb 27?

This is just RETARDED! Our congressman contacted the USCIS and their freaking response was "this file in under officer's rewiev. You should hear something in 60 days" 60?!?!?! Are you f** kidding me? I am just crying like a beaver now.. No hope left whatsoever...

Please let us know as soon as it happens. I guess what I will say is a stretch, but we all might have more in common than we think going through all this together, so maybe a (re)union in the US could be a good idea for the future, even though all live in different states... I bet most of us imagine who are the people behind those posts and would like to meet them all in person... and possibly see lifelong friendships come out of it...

omg we have been approved!! I really was expecting a denial or an RFE because I originally sent just our application and the payment, no evidence etc. Well after joining visa journey I realized this horrible mistake! So immediately started putting everything together although I knew there was a slim chance that they would match my application with the paperwork. I included a letter explaining the mistake I made, some Angel must of taken mercy on us. So this morning as I was oversleeping ( late to work right now actually) I was awaken by a text message from USCIS, and I was thinking great these jerks are about to ruin my day but nope this is what I got when I logged on to the website! If the interview goes well our baby will have her daddy here maybe for thanksgiving or at least for christmas. I'm due in 3 weeks!

we did. We are 6 months 10 days now.. They said the system doesn't let them put a service request. so it is completely pointless. No rights.

I didn't know about the $240 which has to be paid before the interveiw neither :/ I found out a few day ago. They charge us a lot of money and still keep us apart... Tomorrow's Monday, let's hope for a good week.

The system doesn't allow them to create a service request. They claim they are working on Feb 6th. The guy was really nice, it not his fault but hey! I'm REALLY FRUSTRATED.

Maybe you responded to this already, but have you contacted your congressman/woman? Have you put in a service request? Have you done anything yet?

You reminded me of that! My fiance is calling them now. And yes, we sent the letter to our congressman last Saturday. But no response yet, probably because of the weekend and Labor Day.
