I called a week ago and was told the information was correct, I asked to speak to a level 2 and was told the site was correct.

I can try and make and info pass but it seems in vain.

The only reason I am concerned is I am giving birth in early March and I don't want my interview to be around my due date, otherwise I would just be patient.

I would maybe think about speaking to your congressmen/senator's office and getting them to start looking into it. Don't they have 4 months to adjudicate your I-485? based on the website at least? You must been coming close to that now?

I think infopass would be a waste of time as they literally can't do anything for you as your case is still with NBC until they assign you the interview slot and it gets sent to your local office.

Definitely wait and send it all together, just my opinion - RFEs do tend to slow things down a bit.

Just got my messages confirming I-130 and my LPR status! I can't wait for my GC to come so I can sign up for the National Guard! Start work on Monday too! Good times

I can't wait for Xanax and Elbear to have their interviews so we can say that all of us August filers can say we got through all this and came out the other side

I just got messages to confirm my I-130 has been approved and that my LPR status has been registered. Thanks to everyone for their help and guidance in getting me to this point. I'm waiting on my GC so I can join up to the National Guard and give something back to the US.
