  1. Congrats but no worries everything will be just fine. All I know is that they will just get his finger prints & he may be asked if he did bring some food with him from Morocco then he will be directed to another place where he may get asked where is he staying the address & then signed some paperworks that is all. It may take long time if there is so many people waiting in that office to be called by name. Good luck to your husband really happy for you.

  2. You said your wife is going to Interview soon & the I-130 already approved and she is scheduled for Interview. Also mean that you already send the original certificate of marriage along with the translation to NVC with the IV-packet. So I will say the only thing they will need is the right date of marriage and not the stamped one it is weird that u are having that kind of issue because mine wasn't. So just to be safe ask your wife to go to a translator in Morocco and translate the marriage certificate stating when the marraige happened & he doesn't need to care of the stamped date. Good luck

  3. Sorry to hear what you have been through but If you just tell the person taking pictures it is the same pictures as the DV-lottery pictures he will understand definitely. Like everyone said it should be white background and 2 by 2 which is 5.08 cm for Morocco. So good luck. It was easy for my husband to get the pictures done in Morocco by just telling them it is for the DV-Lottery. So good luck.

  4. If he is the head of the house & doesn't have kids but he was married & did sponsor his ex-wife that means 2 people he is sponsering right now but he is going to sponsor you too which means it will be for 3 people and for the Poverty Guidelines to sponsor 3 it should be over $23,862 unless his Ex-wife already got her citizenship at that time will be only 2 (you & him). Check this is very helpful: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf . Good luck

  5. Don't worry it is a wrong checklist, the same thing happened to me last Tuesday I got your same email that they reviewed the support I-864 & now they are waiting for the DS-230 from the applicant & when I called they said ok if you sent it just ignore our email. After 2 days I called back which was Thursday & was told that my D-230 was reviewed today & my case is completed so I am on the list to get an Interview date. So hung in there you are fine & nothing to worried about. You will hear a good news soon.

  6. it's right at the cusp, alas,

and if NVC 'filled' the Casablanca Calendar for February,

you won't have an interview till March.

Scheduling works a month in advance, usually the 2nd week of this month the next month's calendar is filled.

 I don't know but I guess I'll wait there is nothing I can do. But I know someone from Morocco that her case got completed the same day as me & she asked when they are giving Interviews, then was told February. So we are hoping it is true. :star:
