Proof at this point , from just about everyone's experience is not taken or even looked at. Sad but true, with the fiance visa as I learned a bit too late , at the beginning when filing is the time to give it ALL.

Ok but I thought they may ask for more staff even it was sent when was filing for K1. You may be right but just in case they will ask for more proof is better to have them again on the Interview then being sorry. I was just trying to be more helpful and give some advice to be more prepared. So wishing good luck to everyone in their VisaJourney...

Congrats u are almost there just try to know everything about your fiance(DOB, Name, work, her brothers & sisters & her names & DOB'S, what they do, her parents what they do their DOB'S, where they live, Your fiance education, how much she made at work, where she was born, How u know each other, for how long, when she visit u....) So try to know everything about your fiance and make sure to bring with u pictures taken with your fiance & any chat history or any letters or emails sent to each other as a proof or your relationship. So good luck on your interview and try to study all this questions & answers with your fiance.

It is a Sad story & I'm Sorry that you are going through that by yourself but I'm sure you will be fine just be strong. God will be always in your side. Congrats for the baby because he is the one that will bring Joy & happiness to your life. Stay Strong stromg...He is just such a looser so forget him because he doesn't deserve you anymore. I did sponsor someone a while ago when I wasn't a Citizen so the person sponsoring doesn't need to be a Citizen but he should be working & making enough money to sponsor himself & your family.Good Luck

The best way to be safe is to send everything original because you will get back everything the day of Interview. I just send my IV Package this Thursday & I sent everything original because I don't want to get any RFE'S that may delay all the process. So hope you will send all originals with translations. It is normal. The NVC received it on Dec 05th but case number was assigned on Dec 12 & I was calling them everyday since Dec 07 till I got it. They say it does take 10 to 20 days but each case is different because mine was in less than 10 days. By the way try to call them after 5pm when itsn't busy. So Good luck

All I know for Delta is that each person is allowed one luggage of 23 kilos & the second one you have to pay for it. This is what I have done when I went through Delta airline to Morocco last Year so I had to pay $50 for it but I heard that the price went up to $200 for the 2nd one. You can also call the airline & find out how much the money you will pay for your 2nd luggage because I may be wrong. Have a safe flight
