I did call and the lady told me to ignore the checklist email because the IV Packet was sent on Dec 27th but it doesn't show in their system yet. So at least I'm fine now. I was so scared I thought it is going to add up more time on my normal wait. Thank you god

I hope they are only waiting for the IV Packet but I send it on Dec 27th and it was received by them on Dec 28th. Please god I hope I'm right.

You are right It is the I-129F I didn't see the F wasn't there. Thanks
-
The tax return from 2009, 2010 & 2011 should be fine. Just go ahead and send them and if they need your 2012 tax return then you can send it. Anyway when u send the last paper stub of Dec it will show how much you made for the year of 2012 so right now you are just delaying your NVC process. Good luck
-
No you aren't married so it should be the I-129 instead of the I-130. Good luck
-
I wish u luck, hoping you will hear good news sooner than you expect.

I wish we were almost done with them also, but still waiting for NOA2 from VSC, 8 months and counting still. One thing I can say is my husband will be well prepared for his interview lol. I think we've talked about just about everything there is to know about each other , chatting has certainly given us the opportunity to know more than probably people who are living together !
To the Op, the questions you will be asked should be easy to answer if you know your fiance well enough, however as I stated before , they begin impossible questions if they are giving a denial. I hope its not the case for you, best of luck!
Thanks I'm trying to question him & see what is his answers..But you are right by talking to our husbands online everyday you get to know more things about each other than people living together. Hope you will get your NOA2 soon & hope for myself to get my case complted soon too & to my husband to get approval on his Interview he is really scared to death for a week now & I just keep saying to him we are married & we love each other you need to relax & answer whatever they ask for & everything will go nice. Good luck to u dear.
-
No worries I didn't take it personal but u were right. Casablanca Consulate are really strict & hard to deal with. I hope you are almost done with Them.

congratulations. my kids had their interview october first in jamaica and then their passports just got taken the 17th of december. paid dhl, keep checking the tracker, keep emailing the embassy and nothing yet.....i applied for permanent residence for them. i have no idea what that is called or what kind of papers they will get or what they do with them. Dont they keep the envelope sealed or are they allowed to open it?
No they are not allowed to open the sealed envelope they should give it to Immigration when they 1st enter the USA at the airport. Good luck

LOL AS of Thursday Jan 10th called & was toldby a human being NOT a TeleOperator my case was completed today & waiting for Husband's Interview date. By the way I will be happy if we get the February Interview I don't mind waiting but I'm lucky that the NVC stage didn't take longer just 18 days since case assigned without counting the weekend and the 2 days holiday. How beautiful to get approved without RFE'S. Anyway instead of saying "Burn some joss" you should at least say Congrats & good luck in the Interview. As God who has everything in his hand for sure he will be with us.
