The Notice Of Action they sent you is 1 year extension of your expired greencard. Use it as proof of employment. You don't have to make any appointment unless you want a I-551 stamp on your passport. Good luck.

    1. No husband would introduce you as girlfriend to family and friends.
    2. Don't like to talk on the phone? It doesn't sound right here, does it?
I don't think your family matter is ideal when some simple things can't get done. This is not right.

You can leave anytime after AP is approved, you leave before AP is approved, your AOS is considered abandoned.
OP: You are out of status until now so please careful consider before using AP, AP does not guarantee your re-entry.

My eligibility is based on admission as visa wavier program tourist without the intent to get married -> Don't ask for, don't bring it up.
They know what's up, you don't have to put more information in those parentheses.
FYI, cover letters make your package formal, won't help anything with your process. They don't even mind reading it.
    Good luck.

AOS from tourist within few months is always a red flag in US perspective. You only need to prove your marriage legit and overcome it.

This is incorrect, you lose your citizenship when you apply for another citizenship on your own after 18.

Mariam&Smith reacted to NancyNguyen in Born abroad to a US citizen... N-600K or I-130?
No, you can't get citizenship through your parent at your age now, she should have filed CRBA for you. And those N600 forms are not for you. Only way is through F-1 category from your mom (8 years waiting) or IR1 visa from your USC boyfriend.

    You have to fill ROC.
    You think about getting divorced.
Filling ROC jointly (with the USC) while thinking about divorce is fraud.
    Do it the right way.
Divorce and then fill the ROC alone.
And you must remember than getting citizenship in 3 years will be out of the question when you divorce (since you have to be married to the same USC for the whole time).
So you willl have to wait 5 years to qualify for US citizenship.

That's common misunderstanding of Viet people. They misunderstand a bank statement to show they have ties with Vietnam financially WITH a big lum sum of money to give to US embassy in exchange of the visa (which will be refunded when they return from trip, yep they REALLY think that.)

Then why you got RFE? Most people stuff IO with personal pictures and irrelevant documents just to show they have nothing to hide, common sense. They end up having bad time with IO.

You misread it, they use the word "OR" not "AND" at documents referring to you and your spouse. Based on that, tax transcripts are enough. But as you mentioned, your age gap might bring up attention at the interview.
    http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/article/attachments.pdf
The reason is you provide more documents than you have to with your application (which is not necessarily an obstacle to your naturalization interview, but which an IO CAN turn into one) could be brought to the IO's attention. Without the additional documentation, the IO could miss or not even think about raising an issue. So, unless your case involves something that is obvious and needs additional proof no matter what, send only what is necessary and prepare other documents to the interview.
