Congrats, my husband is going for his interview wednesday our cosponsor backed out at the last minute so we will see last year I made more than enough so im just praying. I had a friend that said he slid thru without them lookin at his stuff

So pissed right now im confused as to whats gonna happen now. My husband interview is may 2nd yes wednesday myy cosponsor called me this morning after me waiting at dhl to overnight the i864 andtells, me hes not gonna do what is gonna happen now r they gonna deny us or will they approve us pending a qualified cosponsor. I need a miracleright, now I need desperate help.....

Ghana is very particular when it comes to the paperwork. You need to make sure you present the last three years of tax transcripts. Get your stuff in order as soon as you can.

Also I would suggest using only one co-sponsor. They will need to make enough to cover your whole household (children, yourself, and husband).

Correction the cosponsor if livin in a different house only needs to cover their household and ur husband so if ur cosponsor lives separate by themselcrsthen they only need to me the poverty guideline for 2.... If u have a cosponsor living in the same household then yes their income would have to cover everyone but their income would be combined with urs. The cosponsor cant sponsor u (usc) because u can get means tested help from the government ur a citizen of this country just when u include ur husband u just have to make it clear that hes in the household but not rewuesting assistance.......i spent hours on the phone getting this information because my cosponsor wanted to be clear

So all forms my husband received are out of date 2007 to be exact has anyone submitted yhe forms out of date that the embassg gace them withouf a problem....its asking for I 134 and the 864 aos so do I stick with thi 134???????? Crazy crazy crazy

my husband went to pick his 3n4 up he got his interview with those packets u have to wait for the letter to do ur medicals they expire 6 months so depending on urinterview date. The police report expires30 days

I heard u can be denied if u used ur old vaccine records my husband is in the gh military and clearly he has to have all of the vaccines to serve as a,peacekeeper, but I think being that theres so much bribery going on the u.s embassy trust those two hospitals well u.s government pointed hospitals and clinics

I had my mom my brother and step dad write notarized letters stating that they know anout the two of us I rather have too much evidence then too little. I also keot western union receipts wire transfers where we sent money back and forth to each other also his family get notarized letters from 3 of his family members

my husband didnt have money in the bank when i had my interview hehe! but his making enough so we was good. if ur making enough no problem about bank statement.

Ok im 100.00 short of the income but my co sponsor makes way way over the limit and we have his paystubs and employment letter
