  1. So bottom line is, you are telling me that this man who clearly scammed me will stay in the United States with a Greencard in hand! Things I didnt mention in my original post because it was more personal then I had wanted to get were the physical and mental abuse he put me through. The comment he made to me stating he would never go back home and would rather spend like life in a US jail because he would kill me if I F**ked him over. Of course screwing him over is whatever he felt was a wrong doing on my part. So I guess I have to resign myself to the idea of looking over my shoulder, inability to sleep because I am now jumping at every noise I hear in my house because it doesn't matter; this man will get everything he wanted from day 1.

IF BY ALL OF THIS IF U START NOW WITH THE RESTRAINING ORDER AND GETTING THE POLICE INVOLVED SOON OR LATER HE WILL APPLY FOR A U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND EVERYTHING WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT HIM. IF I WAS U I WOULD KEEP EMAILING HIM AND KEEP HIM MAKING HIS THREATS AND TURN EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IN TO THE POLICE AND IMMIGRATION THERES NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD LET SOMEONE GO FREE WITHOUT A FIGHT. IS THERE CONDITIONS ON THE GREEN CARD I THOUGHT IF MARRIED TWO YRS OR LESS THERES CONDITIONS ON IT. I SAY U FOUGHT TO BRING HIM HERE FIGHT TO GET HIS *** OUT OF HERE AND DO IT FAST IM SURE HIS FRIENDS HAVE SOME FEMALE FRIENDS WILLING TO MARRY FOR MONEY IT MAKES ME PISSED WHEN THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN...IF MY HUSBAND TRIED ANYTHING LIKE THIS HE WOULD GET A FREE TICKET TO STAY ON A ABUSE WAIVER CAUSE I WOULD PUT ALL MIGHT INTO WHOOPING HIS ***

  2. his mom can sponsor he doesnt have to have a job but i think itll be a better move if he came to the u.s to file because youll be waiting for egypt to send everything to the states like the uscis and nvc and he would need all the original documents i think itll make ur transition alot smoother and easier if he filed from th u.s. unless time is not a issue then file from egypt but i wouldnt recommend that

  3. i have a friend thats going through the same thing it kind of makes me upset that people lie like that but anyways he went to a lawyer and they told him it was better that he waits until hes a citizen then file for his daughter so hes now a u.s citizen and is starting to file now not sure on the outcome yet

  4. my husband went to the interview hearrived 6:15 I made him go that early lol he had to wait til 7am they lined up he was the first one. She also asked him how do I come to gh with my income he stated that he supports me from there by sending money. She did not ask for proof. He said she received a call and hung up and gave him the approval and to pick up thevisa june... That was it

  5. I get min wage. With 2 children. I argued that I could go back to my job where I was making enough once my depression and anxiety was good and I told them the only way it would get better is if hes here. My husband said he saw our folder that said approve expedite visa. I think cases r approved before they reach the embassy. They only asked how do I keep goin to gh when im not making enough my husband said hes sending money to support me...unbelievable and a blessing
