I applied for my husband I believe Dec or Jan by April my case was in Ghana may he had his interview and he was scheduled to pick his visa up in June my case was expedited up until it got to Ghana but one month for visa pick ups.

I say just pray pray and pray when my husband went for his I stayed in the U.S it took him about 5 mins and he was done they only asked my name and bday I believe and that was it but for some reason I sent my pictures and everything in with the I130 so I'm not sure that may have been the reason

Prices seems to be good but you can;t really self schedule or purchase from their site and you have to call into an 800 number. When I did I felt like I was buying a used car

So has anyone bought a ticket from them before?

They aslo won't accept my credit/atm card and I have to pay by wire transfer??? At least with Emirates I have an opportunity to go into their office on Sepulveda to make a payment.

we received the welcome letter now when can we expect the greencard and social security card

so went to social security they told us being that we checked to receive social in the mail we have to wait 21 days before we can apply again.....but when should we expect the green card in the mail he has received his welcome letter and receipt number..

yes theres an optional form u can fill out showing who u will bring with u to ur interview its with the visa application i believe

I used small paper clips to seperate each section, ie, paperclip i-129f with money order on top, paperclip my bio w/ passport photo, paperclip for her bio w/ passport photo, paper clip for evidence... etc. nothing binding the entire package except the envelop it was mailed in. no problems, nothing lost, no rfe, and approval last week.

i was in the same situation i was on food stamps i was laid off ur fine. if ur mom lives in a different house then she doewsnt need to meet ur household requirements only her own so if u have ten children and ur mom only child is u and u r over 18 ur mom only has to meet the houselhold requirement for 2. my husband was appoved at his interview and picked his visa up today u actually can get an expedited case due to financial hardship u can look at my timeline i used that excuse u just have to word it like u r suffering on one income and if ur fiance is here he can quickly apply to help out financially trust me it works i was expedited through uscis and nvc

So its 4:08 here in the states my husband called at 3 am and said he was number 8 in line to pick up his visa. I'm so sleepy but the anxiety of waiting is not allowing me so how long does it take to turn that blue slip in and walk out with the visa
