Why are you asking for help but concealing what the problem is? It would take half the words to directly state it than the 35 words here avoiding the subject. What can't you get over?

For your reading entertainment, I present to you a classic Junior thread. In the thread, Junior plays a dual role, starring as both devastedme and jrmejia.
    Enjoy !!!

I don't think you were active on VJ during Junior's ...tour. He's a "mystic".
I kinda hope he sticks around and starts more threads. He's loads of fun fun fun. Solving his riddles is very ....hmmmm....captivating.
His threads might even draw a little more attention than yours. If so...will you be jealous?

But that is exactly how jrmeila operates...
Usually he makes the Filipino female appear to be insensitive, stupid or just plain mean then after everyone calls him on it he changes the story 27 times and finally he "reveals" that it was all just a heat induced dream caused by him sleeping in just shorts with the window open during the winter months...

Passive aggressive?.... Junior?.... Junior behave passive aggressively? and controlling? As in... manipulative kind of controlling?
Would Junior act out in a controlling manipulative passive aggressive way?..... I wonder if Angelforever07 would answer that question... .maybe she will come online later and post a thought or two.

I think what you did was a passive aggressive action that embraces your need for control over this poor woman. I cannot imagine what she must have felt. I believe your approach is self-rightous, arrogant, and so deeply cruel and painful. I now feel sorry for her. I am happy you got her two gifts. I believe for the rest of your life you will need to keep buying her to keep her. I hope this was a one time one bad choice.
    Good Luck in your lives

you can apply now and you should include the letter of consent from her parents. marrying under the age of 18 will depend on the state you plan on marrying in though

I don't think the USCIS is concerned with her actual age, only if there is like a 30 year difference between you. And there shouldn't be a problem if her parents are willing to sign a consent form. unless it actually states in the petition instructions that she needs to be 18, there shouldn't be a problem. I was 19 when I completed all mine.

There is no reference to age in the I-129f instructions. None at all. Only a reference to being eligible to marry.

I'm not aware of any K-1ers under 18 years old who got a CFO sticker. I'd guess that's because the minimum marriage age in the Philippines is 18. However, the OP's fiancée will be over 18 by the time she has her Embassy interview and completes the CFO seminar.
A Filipino living in the U.S. can initiate a divorce in the U.S. and still get remarried outside of the Philippines. The annulment process and the recognition of a foreign divorce only comes into play if the Filipino is living in the Philippines and is being petitioned for a fiancée visa or a spousal visa...or wants to marry a fellow Filipino in the Philippines.
