This is only a someways to show, how lucky the fiancee's found their fiance's. Also to show to them how we appreciated their efforts, specially process the K1 fiancee visa.
For my truelove Bret, I wanted to say thank you because you came in the right time. Thank you for everything for the love and security when i am with you.

I probably would not bother to tell her I cancelled it. Other than that your advice is good. The woman was advertising for marriage and so that decision was already made...to move to another country if necessary. She thought she found her man but another has probably come along.
The OP is going to get over this and get on with life...sooner or later. Better soonish. You have little invested at this point, the trip was a trip, you never lose taking a trip to Ukraine but summer is better. Kreshatik street on a warm Saturday evening is one of the world's natural wonders! The petition is nothing really. Better to consider a cost of education, learn from it and move ahead.
She was beautiful, she was hot, she glided over icy cobblestones on heels like an ice dancer and she left you to be peeled off the bed, I know, I know. And there are 25 million more of them.
I Promise you, there is nothing better than an incredibly sexy Ukrainian woman that cares for you and loves you and makes you number one in your life (or number 2 behind the children). Nothing better. You will never have a bad day again...when you find the right one. This one isn't her.

I'm not racing I'm actually taking it easy... you too relax, breath and prepare for waiting... people here get approved at different times and it might happen that you are approved before us which I absolutely don't mind as long as I'm approved eventually some time this year There is so many people freaking out here but the truth is, if you love, you'll wait
    Good luck with your journey

Sorry you are going nuts. But the fortune teller orb that VJ has been using to look into the your future gets a little dusty. I have looked into the orb and got a new timeline for you.
Your I-129F will be approved within 1000 days.
Now that should stay fixed and not moved back and it is pretty accurate estimate you can bet your house on it.

Also, I think there's an explanation of why so many people on VJ put TSC as their Service Center. On the editing timeline page, this is written:
    "Service Center:
List ORIGINAL filing location; even if
    petition transferred
for K-1 Applicants where you filed your I-129F
for K-3, IR-1, and CR-1 Applicants where your
I-130 was processed (if filed at the Chicago Lockbox
they will transfer the petition to the correct Service
Center and mail you a notice stating where it was sent)"
While it's well explained for K-3, CR-1/IR-1, it is very confusing for K-1. I think it should be written "for K-1 Applicants where your I-129F was processed (if filed at the Texas Lockbox they will transfer the petition to the correct Service
Center (California or Vermont) and mail you a notice stating where it was sent)".
Maybe in the past, people sent directly their petition to CSC/VSC/TSC/NSC?

Not often. NVC is not a "stage" at all. It is a processing hub for the Department of State and it is PART of the consulate stage.
Petitions can also be sent back from the consulate, even after a visa is approved and in one case here the visa was issued and the beneficiary was told to come back and the visa was taken away! There was also a case where a person was tunred away at the point of entry due to erros in the processing of the visa. All of these are rare and nothing to worry about really. You are far more likely to be killed in a car accident driving to the airport

You are more likely to be in serious trouble for getting married.
The I-864 is terminated when they become citizens, mine will terminate in two weeks (not that I care about the I-864)
Peddle the poisons somewhere else. Getting married is not for cowards.

Plain and simple. You should never sign any contract that you do not understand. If you do not want to sign an I-864, then do not petition/apply for a fiance(e), spousal or other family visas that will require this contract.

I have searched high and low and called the USCIS several time and have not really gotten anwers that I needed answered more than I have here. The visa guidelines are a Godsend. It is simple to follow with excellent examples to help get your package together. I am slowly putting my fiance and my packet together but I can tell you I could have never gotten as far as I have without the guidelines and tips I've found here. I will be starting my timeline soon and hope it comes to a happy conclusion!
