From what I have read here it is very common to have a courthouse wedding first so you can apply for AOS and EAD right away then have a formal wedding at a later date. At least the pressure is off and you can plan it the way you want. It's our intention to do it this way.

Chances are they probably won't ask for it and they did not at our interview however they could ask for any document. Its recommended to bring a full copy of the original application and documents to be safe.

I can't wait to get my work permit so I could start to work and help my husband. "hope he dies soon so she can marry someone her age"?! How can you even say that to person whom you don't know at all??? That is kind of my personality which I should not tell on public but I want you to know - I am not interested in men my age. I always choose rather older man. And I don't mean older 2-3 years difference. I mean much older than me.
I don't like to tell my private feelings on public, but I want you to know - I love my husband, I happy to be with him, I can't imagine my life without him, I hope I can die first somehow, otherwise I will follow him right the way.

We left it blank and it wasn't an issue. The form says "Provide specific date if known". How could I know since my visa wasn't approved yet?

So if I have the time frame in your post figured correctly then you knew her about 6 months at the most before she broke up with you because of the facebook thing. Then 4 months later she suddenly decides she wants to get back together with you. Then she starts to demand money for things that aren't even necessary until after your petition is approved. Makes me wonder a little. I would suggest getting to know her better.
