Been together since June 09 while Colin was living in France for work, we decided to get married and continue our love story in California.
Married in France on 10/29/11 and going the CR-1 route. Colin went back to the USA on Jan 4 2012.
Update: 16 days spent in USCIS CSC (no expedite requested, but went through the "filed from abroad" queue),
36 days between NOA2 and NVC case number,
19 days between NVC case # assigned and case complete,
Interview scheduled 6 days after case complete,
Interview date is 2 months after receiving appointment letter.
Approved! Visa package received less than 2 days after interview!
Same here, my sweetie came back to the US there is 1 week now. It's sad but it's only temporary. Try to not stay home alone, go out, meet some friends or do so shopping ;-)
Aww, that's not the best moment… Mine left few days ago too. C'est pas facile mais pense que le process est deja bien entame et que vous etes toujours plus proche de la fin.
