It appears that somewhere along the line you mistook me for your child. Thanks for your advice and list, but freewill prevailed on this one. Maybe someone in this predicament will see this post and believe that perhaps your way works, but they'll look at mine and know for certain it can be. done.
    Peace

At the risk of sounding judgmental, if in 6 months this person has not sought to track down their spouse, but managed to dredge up a number to NVC it is clear what is taking place. You can google most USC, call their place of employment, or send the police to their last known address if you suspect foul play, but those things would require caring about them. I'm sure your "friend" sent you swimming for answers without giving you all the details.

Doesn't appear that you filed a petition and sounds like you only want revenge. Cut your losses, count your blessings, and let it go. She'll eventually get what's due.

Hello All! Time to begin preparing by taking care of business. I have a few questions regarding the Medical Exam & Police certificate and would greatly appreciate any advice or insight.
    MEDICAL EXAM ?’s
    1) The Children’s Practice vs. KAMORASS Specialist Clinics … Any opinions if one was better/easier than the other? Can he make an appointment? Is there a certain time he should arrive at the clinic where he can get in and out quicker? What is the cost for the exam at the clinic?
    2) I see there is a form for a vaccination/immunizations record… what if he does not have an immunization record as he has never been vaccinated? Will this be a problem?
    3) Do they give a “Skin” TB test or is that what the chest X-ray is for ?? What else can he expect during the exam?
    POLICE CERTIFICATE ?’s
    1) I have read the application packet as well as the medical exam forms and see that it states it can about 2 weeks to get the police certificate back and maybe 2-3 days for the medical exam to be complete. Well just wondering if that is in fact really true? Asking so I will know what needs to be done first if it will take the longest.
    2) I want to verify that these instructions are in fact correct procedure you follow when getting certificate? … 1. Submit your passport in person to the Nigerian Police Service commission at Alagbon Close, Ikoyi Lagos. 2. Pay the required fee and take the receipt to the Office of Inspector General at Alagbon Close, Ikoyi, Lagos. 3. Collect your Nigerian Police Clearance Certificate and take it to your visa interview. The certificate should be ready in approximately two weeks, but please allow time for unforeseen delays.
Will they let him know when and where he needs to pick up his certificate?
    3) Is the cost of the police certificate $50? Do they issue a receipt to him since he will surrender his passport for the police certificate? Is there an application he needs to complete for the police certificate?
    4) If he has lived elsewhere for more than 12 months,, does he need a police certificate/clearance from there as well?
Sorry… I know it’s a lot, thanks in advance for any guidance you may be able to give

This is the kind of foolishness that makes USCIS and consulates take the stance they do about the petitions before them. You slow up the process for all the rest who wait PATIENTLY AND BEGRUDINGLY for touches, emails, and letters about our cases. No one made you post several SCHEMING topics. You've displayed your moral character all on your own. I wish you well on your journey.

I just noticed the timeline adjudication has changed again for a 2nd time! I'm still trying to wrap my head around how someone who isn't military, doesn't live in the same country as spouse, didn't expedite, and applied a month after me already has their visa APPROVED! They also went through CSC.

Congrats on the approval! There are countries that don't allow the petitioner to attend the interview and they get approved as well.

There is record of your marriage in the Middle East not in the US. A spousal visa doesn't apply due to him being legally married. Definitely seems like, you will have problems down the road. Your husband should know better.

How one handles infidelity is an individual decision. I think the hurt seems deeper for persons who found love outside their home country, because you feel financial strain, being placed under a microscope by the government and those closest to you, being emotionally worn down waiting for approvals, and not having any control in the matter.

Take the check to the police or your local news station so others know about the fraud being committed.
