Green card arrived in mail on Tuesday, May 29...only 26 days after his arrival...everything from the beginning with the I-130 has went along so quickly with no mishaps...the longest waiting period was from interview approval til POE...God is Good

called NVC asked if they recieved IVpackage, they said it is maybe somewhere in the building, have to wait 20 days!!!ARRGGGGGH!!;-(

Reciveing the interview date today lifted a huge weight of my shoulders!

Over 6 months now and still waiting for NOA2 or RFE, contacted congress person today and she is checking on our petention today....hope this will get some action soon....

Same for me. USCIS told my congressman office to wait 30 more days and contact USCIS if I still didn't get NOA2. so after nothing in 30 days, my congressman office contacted USCIS again and finally got NOA2 the same day. Seems like USCIS tries to delay as much as possible :-( So don't give up, keep trying

I've been thinking about P.O.E. I've heard horror stories about Miami and many people are saying New york would be better. But I'm also thinking about a direct flight to Boston. It would be nice for her to see Miami or New York, though.

Friends WU JUUUUUU!!!...Guess what???...NVC had my case and mailed to embassy a week ago...so wear cause automated system always said NO...so better go and talk to a person there!!!

yeah! but how come your NVC time is only 1 day? come and gone? this must be K1 time...wow! that is super fast, i filed for K3 but since it's no longer valid, i got CR1. Otherwise, if K3 still valid, i think mine would be fast too ! but downside is one has to file AOS when beneficiary arrives to US and green card not given as soon as CR1 would have.

Just filed US tax returns. Expected refund as MFJ is $2925
Now to file my Canadian tax returns at some point XD -
well still waiting this is gonna be our 3rd month praying and hoping we get our NOA2 very soon but i am waiting patiently
