Well, from what I understand Congress has been in touch with CSC and we should hear shortly. Not even going to risk BREATHING wrong yet!

Sooo after begging to the fiance for calling NVC because it's been 7 days since NOA2 ("but babe, I don't want to call, it's written 30 days on the notice", "…"), he did and learnt that NVC received our case today and assigned it a case number! \o/

So apparently they sent our case straight to the embassy without going to NVC..is what USCIS said...anybody in the same situation?

Just called USCIS they are working on July 12 cases at CSC!

I was just looking at the "bookmarks" on my computer and saw all of the saved websites for reference from the beginning to end of this journey. Remembering the first steps and how nervous and excited I was...till these last excrutiating steps that almost broke me. I'm glad its over ;(

Petition left NVC today. Medical appointment this afternoon. It is a good feeling now that things are moving along. No more endless waiting!

Our petition has been approved in january 13th and still no Noa2 on the mail.. What shoud we do? Anybody in the same case?
