  1. Well, the interview letter calls for you to bring the vaccination sheets in if not already submitted. So if you sent in your I-693 supplement along with your AOS package, they should already have it. Do you have a copy of the overseas vaccination supplement (DS-3025)? That could be something extra you can bring along, in case. I know when my husband got our I-693 supplement filled out, they gave us a copy of it as well.

Good luck! I think you'll be fine.

  2. Congratulations! The interview is a breeze isn't it? I was so surprised!

Your mix up with the vaccination supplement was exactly the sort of thing the officer who interviewed my husband and I, was talking about. She says that very frequently people's medical exams and vaccinations get lost in transit from the POE to the main offices and that she has to turn away many people, because they don't come in with I-693 supplements to make up for the lost vaccination sheets from the original medical overseas.

That's why she recommended everyone to bring in an I-693 medical supplement, just to be sure!! (for everyone else reading this!) :)

    Congrats again!

  3. I would definitely suggest an infopass appointment if this doesn't get cleared up soon. It would be a shame for her to have to leave her job, especially when you know she will definitely be approved after the biometrics.

I do know that the case status stuff is behind frequently. I wouldn't really base anything for sure on that.

    Good luck with everything!

  4. Some times they ask for the I-693 supplement, sometimes they don't. In our case we originally just sent in our DS-3025 and we didn't get an RFE. But when we got to the interview they wanted our I-693 supplement, so we were glad we did it.

The officer who approved us said that she's always relieved when people bring the supplement, because lots of times between the case coming from the airport to the actual offices, the medical results can disappear in transit, and she's had lots of people who have had that happen to so when they get to the interview, neither one of them has any original medical results, so they can't be approved.

That's why the I-693 is important, because it's good back up if something goes long. Good luck!
