I don't think na mgkakaproblema ka dun kasi beneficiary ka.Maybe on the petitioner's side though he will have a problem if he files again.Correct me if I'm wrong, I read somewhere here that it will take 2 years pa para mkapagpetition ulit yung USC.
I'm talking about filing the same type of petition here ha.A petitioner cannot file 2 consecutive K1 visas and should allot 2 years between filing. But since, CR1 ka na it is a different story na.Your case is good to go.Just provide the asked documents.
-
hindi ko lang alam.pero 2008 yung first petition ko and 2011 nung finile yung petition ko ngayon which is CR1.so far,ang hiningi lang na document sakin is yung CRBA ng anak ko.iniisip ko kasi baka mamaya ireview ulit yun at makita na this is my second petition na.
Just provide them what is asked.I think they review all the papers meticulously. So if may discrepancy yun it's on their side not yours.Just worry of what's asked now and everything will be okay.

hi yjplove.tanong ko lang.kasi tinanong ako kung first time ko lang bang magapply ng immigrant visa and i said yes.napetition na ako as fiance kaso hindi na ito nafollow up kasi more than a year na.ang problema kasi saforst petition ko,hindi sila nakapagbayad ng mgae fees.hidi ko lang alm kung anong fee or fees yun.pero wala akong finill upan na biographic data at wala pa akong nareceive na kahit anong case number, etc.magkakaproblma kaya dun?thanks

i think we are referring on the same person na sinigawan.and yeah that was the question asked to her.before ako pumunta for my interview,i prayed hard.went to manaoag and monasterio de tarlac, since malapit din naman kmi dun.while waiting for my number also,i didnt stop praying na sana mabait lahat ng maeencounter ko.at salamat sa Dyos.
Yep.I think she was the only one getting yelled at when I was there
:crying:
.Thank God my interview went very smooth from prescreener to CO interview

I suppose it's tough when one sees some others (not a lot) get to the next step within a few months at the same service center as you and you're left wondering what you did wrong? Why a few(lucky?) get passed on to the next phase. For example:
A couple with partner from Haiti got NOA1 and NOA2 within same month
Or couple with partner from Philippines have NOA1 in Oct and NOA2 come in Nov.
Or a few couples with partner from Japan having achieved NOA2 within almost 2 months (a few days greater than)
Great for them, and happiness goes out to them, but doesn't seem to bode well for any rhythm or reason.
So, ya.. I feel your pain and unfortunately most of us are in the same boat of unknown.
Is our file being looked at? Has it been lost? Is there a problem that's holding something up? Can we do something to help?
Can't I pay some extra money to help expedite the process?
All the while drilling home the fact that we can't easily be with our loved on.
Yeah, I know. It's tough....
I am from the Philippines and my fiance is a naturalized US citizen and born in the Philippines too but as you can see we waited almost 7 months for our NOA2 even without RFE.So it really depends.Either you're lucky enough to be assigned to an adjudicator that works fast or unlucky enough like me and my fiance. My fiance resorted to asking for congressional help and thankfully that helped and they worked on our papers after that.Well good to say everything is fast track for us now. A month ago we were so worried about our papers but now, we are over the moon for I am approved and leaving soon.
.Just be patient. Many of the vjer's here that I know are still waiting past 8 months already.Be strong and Goodluck on the rest of your journey.

Why was the CO yelling ?? Was she not prepared? Hmmm...
I was on window 40 at that time waiting in line to be finger scanned when I heard the prescreener yell at an applicant.
:crying:
.I think the applicant was not ready with her papers at all.She was like filling up the forms in front of the prescreener and they took a VERY long time.Even after I was done with my finger scanning, she was still there and still being yelled at.I think she got nervous and was not answering the questions which was asked by the prescreener. That's why the prescreener got upset and yelled
:(
. I remember the prescreener asked her "Until when are you staying in the USA".The applicant didn't asnwer so the prescreener kept repeating and repeating the question and even translating it in Tagalog.I feel bad about what happened to that applicant.

I suggest for you not to wait for the embassy's mail or something because that would take forever.Since I can see that you've been approved since last month, you can actually call NVC to ask for your Manila case number and the date it left NVC and was sent out to the embassy.Your fiance only needs the Manila case no. in order to have the medical exam. I'm also assuming that your papers are at the embassy by this time and can pay the visa fee at BPI and schedule online. Please refer on my timeline as our petition was approved on the 8th of December also, did my medical on the 27th and 28th and had my interview done last Friday, Jan. 6th.Hope everything goes well for you guys.

I'm so happy for you Dan

Hi! I even had just been approved last Jan. 6 and my fiance already booked a flight for me last month and my departure date is on the 21st.So hopefully there's going to be no problem.I already did the seminar thingy and all I have left to do is to go back to CFO, present my CFO seminar cert and get it stamped when my visa arrives. Hopefully this week(crossing my fingers*) I'll receive the visa.

I was there also.I was interviewed yesterday too and saw one of the female prescreener yell at an applicant. It's sad that kapwa Pilipina pa yung gumawa nun.Anyways, thank God everything went smoothly for me.My prescreener was a guy and he was very nice. It's like I'm just talking to a friend that Knows me for a long time already.I got prescreened first then finger scanned then lastly interviewed by the CO.He was a guy on his 30's.He just asked me about 3 questions and didn't even look at our pics or ask for evidence of genuine relationship. The CO didn't tell me the exact word that I was "approved" also but when I was called on window 73, the guy just told me that there's no problem on my papers and my visa will just be sent on my home address. After that he told me that I'm done and that I can go home already. So I was done with everything at around 9:30.

Hi.I'm gonna have my interview on Jan. 6 but I have a bit of a problem. My fiance didn't send me his bank statements thinking it was unnecessary.Did anyone of you brought your fiance's bank statements to the interview and was not asked about it?Was it ever asked by the Consul?Well, we have the rest of the financial docs like w2's,itr,paystubs,employment letter, insurance papers and what not.Can anyone please shed some light on some of my questions?Because I'm really worried atm

OMG My process have 6 month 2 Wk ant 3 days and NOT is approve still,my fiance call last time and USCIS said they are review month march and april, this is so sad!!
My fiance just went to their congressman's office, to ask for help with regards to our case, today. They said that if we don't hear anything within 1 week from USCIS, Congressman will get our case expedited. I think you should let your fiance call your congressman or go to the congressman's office and ask for help.
