ROC approved! Hope everyone that's waiting will be too.Approval date : 11/28/2014....But I just received the letter today.Btw, I didn't receive any texts or email for my approval. And status on USCIS website did not change too.

Received an email from USCIS stating that my biometrics is current.Attached also was my receipt number to track my case online.Please update Thank you.

Called USCIS and talked to a tier 2 person since this day marks my 30th day with not having to receive any biometrics appointment letter.This guy told me that there's no biometrics date on my file and that he said USCIS recently changed some of their policies and some people don't need to do biometrics anymore.I asked him my case number but he said I just have to wait.I'm not sure why he did not give me my case number though.I told him I need it to track my case...This really is making me a bit stressed because I don't want to have that feeling of not knowing what's going on.Btw, has anyone here called and got their case numbers?

We are sending:

- copy of his green card front and back

-Official income taxes transcript for the years of 2012 and 2013.

- Complete Income taxes returns for years 2012 and 2013.

- Affidavit of Support from our broker

- Wells Fargo joint checking and savings account statements

- Bank of America joint checking and savings account statements

- Letter from Bank of America showing our account numbers, our names and average balances

- Letter from Citibank showing joint credit Card account number and our names

- Joint Citibank (Citicard) credit card statements

- Joint American Express Costco credit card statements

- Joint American Express Platinum credit card statements

- Joint leasing Contract for a new car bought in December of 2013

- copy of flight tickets when we travel to Brazil together in October 2012

- Evidence of joint car insurance policy from Farmers

- Document showing Life Insurance policy from wife employer and showing husband as only beneficiary

- Document showing Health Plan and Dental Plan Coverage from wife's Employer for both of us

- Deed for our First home purchased July of 2013

- Property Taxes for 2013 and Supplemental Property taxes for 2013

- Guaranty of lease for wife's Cousin showing both of us as a guarantor

- Contract with Closet World purchasing our custom made walk in closets for our master bedroom and guest bedroom

- Receipt from contractor who installed new hardwood floors and new carpet in our home

- Mortgage Statement for current month

- Letter from Bank of America advising us of the Wire Transfer coming from wife's Father as a gift to both of us.

- Copy of husband's change of address with USCIS

- Homeowners Association parking information from 2013

- Water bill

- maybe 10 colored copies of pictures of us and other with family (in laws, nephews, sister and brother in law, couple of friends...)

Looks like you have more than enough evidence.IMO, what you did is great.It's better to send more evidence than to get an RFE asking for more.

Hmm, when is your GC expiration date exactly? Your timeline says that your GC was approved on August 6th 2012...

My GC will expire on Aug 3.My 90 days window will start May 5.They received my papers May 6.Does it matter if I sent it early?

Hi guys...I have a dilemma.I've sent our papers May 3.My 90 days filing window as I've computed just now is supposed to be May 5.But since I sent my papers on a Saturday, it was actually delivered on May 5 as per USPS and received by VSC May 6 as what was stamped on the return receipt.Will I be having a problem with my papers?I'm reading all these things in the forum and is making me worried.

I know some people that got approved BUT because they're fresh out of college.But you could try though.

I think I must be the last person to get approved on April 2012 filers! LOL Cause I just got approved today and I'm so happy!!!

Do it online.It's much more easier and convenient.You can see open schedules and choose freely.

That's normal.My visa got issued or PRINTED 5 days after my interview.Just wait a few days and ask the status.If they say that it was issued already that means it's gonna be picked up by 2GO for delivery asap.

We got our NOA2 for K1 after almost 7 months WITHOUT RFE...Be patient.There are a lot of people who are waiting way longer than you. Just have faith and enjoy the remaining time you have with your family back home. Everything will happen at the right time. Don't think too much of it or it will just stress you out. Be strong!!! Time flies fast.You'll get your NOA2 soon.
