      Okay you had me so confused. dear you are a UR1/CR1 there is no packet 3. Goodness I yhought all this time you were a K1. There's nothing the embassy sends you dear. Now you can go get your medical and you just wait. Take wjatever you want to interview but no packet 3 if you look all those forms are K1 stuff.

      You already got interview letter WOW. Was looking here on VJ at your consulate info. Not sure when they send Packet 3 but since you bring iyt all to interview its all good. Have you gone and looked? Like I said why are you waiting fro them you can be downloading and filling out forms and completing and be ready.

      Just go to the embassy website and get the forms you need uyou don't need to wait for them dear. They don't send you forms anyway. You should be getting everyuthing toigether now. Medical, police report your DS-156, DS-156K, DS-230 or DS-260 (not sure which your embassy accepts now) go to their website and also ask others from your country in your forum.

    I think we are in administrative processing we are being sent back to NVC then they said they would contact me and if they are satisfied we could schedule another interview

      Also immediately if you haven't already get your congressman involved. You can go to their website during the weekend and at least get the consent form completed and email to them then follow up with calls. and be doggit about it.

      I am really sorry to hear this for you. But delay doesn't mean denied. Chin up.

      I am wondering Ann if it has anything to do with you say you had a wedding ceremony on beach and you called him your husband. But filed a K1. Was any questions to you fiance' about that?

    Darnell, I called DOS and the agent told me that the case is open. Now I cannot log on to the ustravedoc site. It kept saying that my email format is wrong.

    Dear dwheel I got my passport and flying tomorrow to USA :) just one more question I tried to pay the 165 green card fee on line as they asked us to do but the registration number doesn't seems to be right !! Cuz when I put it ,it asked me to correct the number and say it is invalid number !!!!!! What should I do now ???? Should I fly tomorrow anyway and let them sort it out there ?! Can I pay it there?
