Any luck getting an interview schedule for interview B1/B2? (Manila Embassy)? 

HELLO! How soon does your MRV payment got in to the system before you can make an appointment for the interview? Paid yesterday noon and tried scheduling early morning today, but the receipt was invalid. I'm confused. Please help.

They cash either the day they pick it up or the day after although It might take up to 48h after the fact to show up in your account.

They received my package april 28 and they haven't cashed my check yet... I.m super worried my application might be rejected =(

Hello! According to UPS my n400 package was received 04/28/16 just curious when will i be expecting to receive acknowledgement from uscis that they receive or processing my application? My check is also not been cashed... I'm afraid they might reject my application im worried about my passport photo too... Is it too early to worry about rfe or something? Sorry for this... ? Hey guys, our friend Wishful isn't denied but she's under 221g because she still needs to provide another police clearance (NBI) I think as soon as she provide what the CO needs, she will be issued a visa right away, In fact they kept her passport & just waiting for her to comply. I think Wishful is too busy getting her police clearance at this point in time... So, I guess she still needs our cheers & prayers... Good luck Wishful hope to hear great news from you pretty soon... Thank you friends the interview went really smooth, The CO just asked for my hubby's 2011 tax & w2 then that's it... He said I think it was all good, congratulations you're approved!!! yay just hearing that magic word was just superb... The interview is actually the easiest part of the process it didn't even lasted for 3 minutes, just make sure you have all the documents they needed... If the petitioner's income is sufficient to qualify as sponsor, then the joint sponsor isn't needed. No worries.

we didn't sent my joint sponsor's W2 during the NVC stage only 1040's... But my husband (petitioner) sent everything like 2008-2010 1040's & w2's... and we were already given an interview date last week... So, as for my opinion the NVC didn't mind even if our joint sponsor wasn't able sent w2's along w/ her 1040's... I'm afraid they might ask it during the interview... I just found out recently that we don't need a joint sponsor anymore because my hubby's previous & present income are good enough to pass the poverty level...

Good day VJ just have this questions, our joint sponsor doesn't agree to send her 2011 1040 & w2s to us for the interview, because she already sent us her 2010 1040. but the thing is my hubby's income is good enough to pass the poverty level... & the NVC already completed our case even w/o sending our joint sponsor's w2... Do u guys think that my hubby's income is enough & no need for us to have a joint sponsor... & one more thing guys, I already have my hubby's scanned copy of his 2011 1040's & W2... Any thoughts? Yay finally done w/ my medical... Getting ready for my interview on March 5 But I just got a some Questions my hubby sent me a copy of his pay stub he took a picture of it, sent it on my email & then I printed it out, it was kinda blurry but still readable... You think this might be a prob? Thanks

Grats again! Hopefully you get your interview date scheduled soon! Just keep calling every day to find out. You should also start calling DOS now every day as that's another source that will know of your interview date once scheduled.

Wow just talked to an NVC operator & confirmed my CC ... They received my package 01/30 and case completed on 01/31 pretty fast... I just need to wait for an available interview on USembassy Manila... whew!!! Thank you LORD...

According to nvc avr my case was completed on January 31st... I don't if it's CC or what they just received my package on the 30th according to the courier service... Cant talk to the operator yet because its still early... I dont have any email yet from them... please enlighten me... thanks

according to I-864 instructions:

Write your name, U.S. Social Security number and the

words "Form I-864" on the top right corner of the sheet;

Manila Consulate starts asking for 2011 tax during interviews these past few weeks, but if the petitioner or joint sponsor hasn't filing the tax yet... Then they ask for the 2011 w2s instead...

If the petitioner's income is sufficient, there is no need for a joint sponsor. If a Consular Officer takes this action, it would be proper. If they accept both affidavits, that would also be proper and within their discretion to do so.
