i had my Biometrics for the EAD on may 18th and still waiting. even ,funny note, the uscsi website says my EAD status was approved on may 11th ( before my biometrics) and the card was sent out.. wish that would have been true lol hehehe

Got the same letter as everyone else did when it comes to being transferred to CSC/speedier processing time ... Well we stayed for 10 months at CSC, and then it was sent to our local office, and then a interview letter, and then AOS interview in Jan 2012 and then waited forever it seems for green card in April 2012.

So really it all depends, not all cases get a interview but I am seeing more interviews that have been sent to CSC lately on here.

My wife's application was transferred to CSC in mid-April. The last "touch" was April 30. Thanks for making this thread. I didn't realize that the California Center was so slow. I'll be a bit more patient. My wife already has EAD and AP, so we're not in a rush to get permanent residence.

I didn't realize you could get a green card without an interview. Did they just send you a green card in the mail?

hi jay&kate yeah my I94 was already expired. just show them the things i listed above and it should work. most of them dont know anything about that at the dmv or tax collector so have a lot of patience with them lol heheheheh

i gave her an advice she could file for WAVA and file for sole custody so that he has no custody of the baby and then there is no danger to any abuse to the baby/child and the grandmother still can see her grandbaby. and the best would be to go back home, cuz then she has more rights in her country, he cant really come after her or take the bay away from her or abuse her anymore.

and it is known as visa fraud to come on a VWP or tourist visa and getting married and stay in the usa ( it comes from the us department of state) . it is a grey zone and a law loophole when you can proof that you didnt intent to use your tourist visa that way.. many laws have loophole it doesnt makes it ok.

obama created and saved jobs.. romney is the one who kills jobs and loves it. even admits it hahahaha..

it depends on the college.. some accept the EAD card or the I-797 receipt for the AOS some want a green card. it depends on the college. have to check it with them

It might be easier to get married and file for the I-130 which is the petition for permanent resident and file the I-485 which is the change of status at the same time.

According to my attorney this is a fast way to get eveyrthing organized and you can be here with your wife while you do this.

that visa mostly takes longer and you cant stay with ur husband / wife then. just the 90days for the VWP or you can apply for a B Visa.. anything else is fraud.. what kinda attorney do you have??

good news?? ok married for 2months now going good and happy and straight..and had over 2 years long distance relationship..was hard, really hard. but when u work on it and keep ur goal in ur sight its all worth it..

visa good news??? waiting for my EAD hope it comes here in the nxt 1-2 weeks and AOS is now in California, means high change of no aos interview yayayayaya....
