F2A inch forward 2 months and 7 days to 08JUN07
-
01AUG07 gets most votes let's see what we get this month!
-
i have a good feeling about this month bulletin!
-
What's up with DOS visa bulletin page still showing "April 2011" as the upcoming month? It's April 4 today, shouldn't it be "May 2011" ?
it's been like that for the past few bulletins.
it shows how much they care about the applicants and how efficient they are.
-
now i received an email from nvc. that assigned for the CASE NUMBER.. SO WHAT IS NEXT?
looks like your PD is 2010-10-05
you can do one thing : WAIT
-
im betting a steady 4 months forward : 01AUG07
could be more since April bulletin didn't stress the heavy load of F2A
hopefully my guess it more conservative than it really is...
-
about 10 more days ! place your bets now

April bulletin didn't mention F2A as "Continued heavy applicant demand"
hope that things for F2A have eased up and the cut-off date will progress way more than 3 months forward for May.
"D. RETROGRESSION OF FAMILY PREFERENCE CUT-OFF DATES
Continued heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First (F1) preference category has required the retrogression of the Worldwide, China-mainland born, and India cut-off date for the month of April. "
-
This kind of meetings is pointless unless they followup on changes we want, such as
allowing beneficiary to stay in the USA while F2A case is pending, etc
Charles Oppenheim is just telling us what we already know.
-
Too early to have thoughts
i don't expect those words from you, RICARDO
does your thought come a week before bulletin is out?
-
Given the slight progress in April 2011, what's your prediction for May?
-
In the April bulletin, they don't mention F2A in this paragraph now, doesn't that imply # of F2A applicants have dropped or stabilized now? Maybe F2A cut-off date will jump forward again?
D. RETROGRESSION OF FAMILY PREFERENCE CUT-OFF DATES
Continued heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First (F1) preference category has required the retrogression of the Worldwide, China-mainland born, and India cut-off date for the month of April.
Further retrogressions cannot be ruled out should demand continue at the current levels for some categories and countries.

-
01AUG10 is leading the chart.......but that doesn't seem very likely....anytime soon.

What's the point of this F2A if it takes 4-5 years? By that time everyone are pretty much eligible to become USC!
Unless you don't plan to become USC, what's the point of F2A for spouse????????
-
Please your bet now!
-
i'm beginning not to give a S H I T anymore, this PD thing is such Bulls H i T!
move another year backwards, doesn't matter to me.
i think the only route is to wait for becoming USC in 3 fuxking years!!!!!!!!

F2A PD : 01JAN07
"Continued heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family F2A preference category has required the retrogression ofcut-off dates for the month of March. Should the current and recent retrogressions have the intended impact to slow demand for numbers, it is anticipated that these cut-off could begin to move forward slowly in the coming months.
Further retrogressions cannot be ruled out should demand continue at the current levels for some categories and countries."

we'll see who the troll really is real soon
bulletin will be posted soon
May 2011 Visa Bulletin
in Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America
Posted
"some movement is anticipated in most categories for the remainder of the fiscal year."
sounds more like the usual 2-3 months advances per month for F2A.
let's assume 2 month advance per month from June's Bulletin to December.
By December, F2A cutoff date would have moved 14 months from 08JUN07 to 01AUG08
